一、產(chǎn)品簡介：

結(jié)構(gòu)膠粘劑T沖擊剝離長度測(cè)定儀符合結(jié)構(gòu)膠粘劑T沖擊剝離長度測(cè)定方法及評(píng)定標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。采用自由落體式?jīng)_擊剝離試驗(yàn)裝置，適用于室溫固化結(jié)構(gòu)膠粘劑韌性重要標(biāo)志——T沖擊剝離長度的測(cè)定。同時(shí)也適用于抗震設(shè)防區(qū)建筑加固所使用結(jié)構(gòu)膠粘劑的韌性要求，可按本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)進(jìn)行測(cè)試與合格評(píng)定。

product introduction:
The structural adhesive T impact peeling length measuring instrument conforms to the measuring method and evaluation standard of structural adhesive T impact peeling length. The free fall type impact peeling test device is suitable for the determination of the T impact peeling length of the room temperature curing structural adhesive. It is also applicable to the toughness requirements of structural adhesives used in building reinforcement in seismic fortification areas. It can be tested and qualified according to this standard.

二、原理

以一對(duì)軟鋼薄片膠接成T沖擊剝離試樣，在規(guī)定的條件下，對(duì)試樣未膠接端施加沖擊力，使試樣沿其膠接線產(chǎn)生剝離。韌性不同的結(jié)構(gòu)膠粘劑，其剝離長度有顯著差別，從中可判別出其韌性的優(yōu)劣。

通過測(cè)量試樣剝離長度以及對(duì)不同型號(hào)膠粘劑測(cè)試數(shù)據(jù)的比較分析，可制定出以剝離長度為指標(biāo)的、簡易、實(shí)用的結(jié)構(gòu)膠粘劑韌性合格評(píng)定標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。

Second, the principle
1. A pair of mild steel sheets are glued into a T-impact stripping sample, and under the specified conditions, an impact force is applied to the unbonded end of the sample to cause the sample to peel off along the glue line. Structural adhesives with different toughness have significant differences in peel length, from which the toughness can be judged.
2. By measuring the peel length of the sample and comparing and analyzing the test data of different types of adhesives, a simple and practical structural adhesive toughness conformity assessment standard with the peel length as the index can be developed.
