一、水泥快速養(yǎng)護箱產(chǎn)品簡介：

水泥快速養(yǎng)護箱是的水泥快速養(yǎng)護室設備，水泥快速養(yǎng)護箱是我公司依據(jù)行業(yè)標準T0509-94《水泥膠砂強度快速試驗》設計制造。水泥快速養(yǎng)護箱適用于水泥廠、建筑施工、科研等單位對普通硅酸鹽水泥，礦渣水泥，火山灰水泥、粉煤灰水泥的試塊進行快速養(yǎng)護。適用于水泥廠，建筑科研施工單位對所有混凝土試件進行快速恒溫養(yǎng)護，可在24小時內(nèi)預測出3天、7天、23天齡期的抗壓、抗折試驗結果，縮短水泥檢驗周期。

Product introduction of cement quick curing box:

The cement quick curing box is the fastest cement curing room equipment. The cement quick curing box is designed and manufactured by our company in accordance with the industry standard T0509-94 "Quick Test of Cement Sａnd Strength". The rapid cement curing box is suitable for cement plant, building construction, scientific research and other units for rapid curing of ordinary portlａnd cement, slag cement, pozzolanic cement, and fly ash cement. It is suitable for cement plants, and the construction scientific research and construction units conduct rapid and constant temperature curing of all concrete specimens, and can predict the compression, flexural test results of 3 days, 7 days, and 23 days within 24 hours, shortening the cement inspection cycle.

三、水泥快速養(yǎng)護箱使用方法：

★箱體安放平穩(wěn)后，先檢查電器部分有無原件損壞，線路是否接觸良好，插好傳感器和加熱器插頭。設備必須有可靠接地。　

★開箱加水高約60mm。試塊成型后，常溫存放7小時或標養(yǎng)3小時，觀察接近終凝時，（根據(jù)水泥成分不同，應自行注意觀察，接近終凝時間）隨同試模一起放入箱內(nèi)擱架上。

★ 蓋好箱蓋，插好溫度傳感器，根據(jù)各廠水泥成分不同，設定溫度和工作時間。

★ 試驗結束，取出試模放置常溫處，到試塊恢復常溫時，拆開試模，取出試塊，即可進行抗折、抗壓試驗。

★試驗結束后，放水并擦干內(nèi)箱。

★ 根據(jù)水泥種類不同，可采用恒溫65-80℃之間進行，標準與快速對比試驗10-20次，找出比值或差值，得出標準檢驗結果

★ Unpacking and adding water is about 60mm high. After the test block is formed, it is stored for 7 hours at room temperature or 3 hours at standard temperature. When it is observed to be near the final setting, (depending on the composition of the cement, you should pay attention to it and approach the final setting time) and put it on the shelf in the box together with the test mold.

★ Cover the box, insert the temperature sensor, and set the temperature and working time according to the cement composition of each plant.

★ After the test, remove the test mold and place it at normal temperature. When the test block returns to normal temperature, disassemble the test mold and remove the test block to perform the flexural and compressive test.

★ After the test, drain the water and dry the inner box.

★ Depending on the type of cement, a constant temperature of 65-80 ° C can be used. The standard and rapid comparison tests are performed 10-20 times to find the ratio or difference and obtain the standard inspection result.

四、水泥快速養(yǎng)護箱結構：

箱體由內(nèi)、外箱體和保溫層組成。內(nèi)外箱均采用優(yōu)質不銹鋼焊接成型。內(nèi)外層之間填充有優(yōu)質保溫層。箱體與箱蓋之間采用水槽密封。
