一、產(chǎn)品簡介：
水泥膠砂流動(dòng)度測定儀是用于水泥膠砂流動(dòng)度 檢測儀器， 水泥膠砂流動(dòng)度測定儀依據(jù)2005年發(fā)布的新標(biāo)準(zhǔn)GB/T2419-2005《水泥膠砂流動(dòng)度測定方法》的流動(dòng)度試驗(yàn)，是該標(biāo)準(zhǔn)用儀器。采用微電腦控制器，自動(dòng)計(jì)數(shù)，自動(dòng)停止，必須可靠接地，用膨脹螺栓固定在基座上。

三、安裝步驟：
★必須可靠接地，用膨脹螺栓固定在基座上。
★基座由混凝土澆筑而成(或磚混基礎(chǔ))，底面尺寸約為400mm×400mm，高約690mm。在基座和儀器機(jī)架之間宜填墊圈，可通過調(diào)整墊圈高度調(diào)節(jié)桌面水平。
★儀器安裝后，其桌面沿彼此成直角的兩個(gè)直徑方向測量時(shí)均應(yīng)成水平。跳桌安裝好后，采用流動(dòng)度標(biāo)準(zhǔn)樣(JBW01-1-1)進(jìn)行檢定，測得的流動(dòng)度值如與給定的標(biāo)樣流動(dòng)度值相差在規(guī)定范圍內(nèi), 則該跳桌的安裝及使用性能合格。

四、使用方法：
★試樣的制作與填裝方法按GB2419-2005和GB17671-1999的有關(guān)規(guī)定，也可參照本說明書附錄。
★ 使用前，請用檢規(guī)檢查落距。
★ 將插頭接入計(jì)數(shù)器后對應(yīng)孔內(nèi)，將計(jì)數(shù)器接通電源。
★如跳桌在24小時(shí)內(nèi)未被使用，先空跳一個(gè)周期25次。

五、維護(hù)與保養(yǎng)：
使用完畢后，應(yīng)擦凈儀器，清除儀器周圍殘留膠砂，用輕油稍稍潤滑推桿、桌面和凸輪表面。長期不用，儀器應(yīng)防塵保護(hù)，控制器放置在包裝盒內(nèi)。
如儀器不計(jì)數(shù)，請檢查接近開關(guān)是否松動(dòng)、與凸輪間隙是否為1mm~2mm，如有偏離或松動(dòng)，請調(diào)整間隙后緊固
