三、試驗步驟：

★篩析試驗前，調(diào)節(jié)數(shù)顯式時間繼電器，使其設(shè)定在120s，再把負壓篩放在篩座上，蓋上篩蓋，打開電源，調(diào)節(jié)負壓至-4000~-6000pa范圍內(nèi)，然后關(guān)機。

★稱取試樣25g，置于潔凈的負壓篩中，蓋上篩蓋，再次啟動儀器，連續(xù)篩析，在此期間如有試樣附著在篩蓋上，可輕敲篩蓋使試樣落下，當篩析滿120s后，儀器自動停止。

★篩畢，用天平秤重篩余物。

水泥負壓篩析儀試驗結(jié)果計算

水泥試樣篩余百分數(shù)按下式計算：

四、注意事項：

1、定期倒掉集塵瓶中的水泥。

2、如果使用一段時間后負壓達不到標要求(-4000～-6000pa)時，請清潔吸塵器中的收塵袋。

3、吸塵器連續(xù)工作不應超過15分鐘，否則易過熱燒壞。

4、水泥細度負壓篩析儀試驗篩的清洗試驗篩必須經(jīng)常保持潔凈，篩孔通暢。如其篩孔被水泥堵塞影響篩余量時，可用弱酸浸泡，用毛刷輕輕地刷洗，用淡水沖凈、晾干。

5、篩余結(jié)果的修正為使試驗結(jié)果可比，應采用試驗篩修正數(shù)方法修正7.1條的計算結(jié)果。修正系數(shù)的測定，按附錄Ｂ(補充件)進行。

6、負壓篩法與水篩法或手工干篩法測定的結(jié)果發(fā)生爭議時，以負壓篩法為準。附錄Ａ手工干篩試驗操作方法(補充件) A1稱取水泥試樣50g倒入符合GB3350.7要求的干篩內(nèi)。 A2用一只手執(zhí)篩往復搖動，另一只手輕輕拍打，拍打速度每分鐘約120次，每40次向同一方向轉(zhuǎn)動60°，使試樣均勻分布在篩網(wǎng)上，直至每分鐘通過的試樣量不超過0.05g為止。 A3稱量篩余物，按7.1條計算試驗結(jié)果。

If the sieve holes are blocked by cement and affect the sieve balance, they can be soaked in weak acid, gently brushed with a brush, rinsed with fresh water, and dried.

5. Revision of sieve residue results In order to make the test results comparable, the calculation results of Article 7.1 shall be corrected by the test sieve correction method. The determination of the correction coefficient is carried out in accordance with Appendix B (Supplementary Document).

6. In case of dispute between the results of negative pressure sieve method and water sieve method or manual dry sieve method, the negative pressure sieve method shall prevail. Appendix A. Manual dry sieve test operation method (supplement) A1 Weigh 50g of cement sample and pour it into a dry sieve that meets the requirements of GB3350.7. A2 shakes the sieve with one hand, and pats it gently with the other hand.
