三、結(jié)構(gòu)和工作原理：

本機(jī)主要由機(jī)架、 液壓系統(tǒng)、 壓力表及電器系統(tǒng)組成

★機(jī)架部分：

主要由橫梁 、立柱、 托盤(pán)、 外殼、 底座等附件組成。橫梁可安裝脫模和制件附件，用于各種試模脫模用，托盤(pán)是用于脫模時(shí)模桶的定位和支撐。

★液壓系統(tǒng)

由液壓泵、 送油閥、油箱、 濾油器 及油管和接頭。液壓泵為高壓柱塞泵，流量為1.2L/min,額定壓力40MPa，由電機(jī)直接驅(qū)動(dòng)，固定在油箱上。

送油閥安裝在前面板的右上面，由手柄直接操作，控制油缸下降回油和上升 .送油閥上設(shè)有安全閥，過(guò)載時(shí)可溢流起安全作用。

★壓力表：

★ Rack part:

It is mainly composed of beams, columns, trays, shells, bases and other accessories. Beams can be equipped with demoulding and product accessories for demoulding of various trial molds. Tray is used for positioning and supporting the mold barrel during demoulding.

★ Hydraulic system

It consists of a hydraulic pump, a fuel delivery valve, a fuel tank, an oil filter, and tubing and fittings. The hydraulic pump is a high-pressure plunger pump with a flow rate of 1.2L / min and a rated pressure of 40MPa. It is directly driven by a motor and fixed on the fuel tank.

The fuel delivery valve is installed on the upper right of the front panel, and is directly operated by the handle to control the oil cylinder to descend and return to oil.

★ Pressure gauge:

The pressure gauge of this machine is a class 2.5 shock-proof pressure gauge, which is used to measure the working pressure in the cylinder. When using, pay attention that the pressure value is strictly prohibited to exceed 38MPa to prevent damage to the parts.

四、使用方法：

★使用前首先向油箱加注12L液壓油，檢查各油管接頭和緊固件是否松動(dòng)，若有松動(dòng)擰緊即可，以防漏油影響使用。檢查電器部分接地和熔絲是否有效。

★操作程序 脫模方法：

開(kāi)始時(shí)，將右側(cè)送油閥旋至中立位置，然后按'航天藍(lán)宇為你提供'啟動(dòng)按鈕接通電源，油泵開(kāi)始工作，將右側(cè)送油閥旋至上升位置，使活塞上升一段距離，觀察有無(wú)卡滯等異?，F(xiàn)象，如有則停機(jī)檢查，排除。如無(wú)異?，F(xiàn)象應(yīng)使活塞上升到極限，壓力表有壓力后，將右側(cè)送油閥旋至下降位置以排盡液壓系統(tǒng)內(nèi)的空氣，觀察右側(cè)油箱上的回油管無(wú)氣泡，如果沒(méi)有就可以正常使用。

脫模時(shí)應(yīng)注意模桶的定位是否準(zhǔn)確，它是儀器的安全運(yùn)行和脫模順利的關(guān)鍵，抗?jié)B試?？捎谩?60mm的墊鐵直接脫出(試模桶有法蘭的一端在下面)

（1） 壓入試模時(shí),把直徑160mm的墊鐵裝到上面的橫梁上，試?？诖蟮囊幻娉现苯佑猛瑯拥膲|鐵壓入即可。

（2） 劈裂試件時(shí)，同樣把直徑160mm的墊鐵裝到上面的橫梁上，把三角刮刀放在墊鐵的刀槽之內(nèi)，刀刃部分朝向試件切開(kāi)即可。

脫模時(shí)應(yīng)把帶有試件的試模放在托盤(pán)上（注意定位是否準(zhǔn)確），口小的一面朝上，將右側(cè)送油閥旋至上升位置，使活塞快速上升脫出試件試件脫出后應(yīng)及時(shí)將右側(cè)送油閥旋至下降位置，使活塞停止上升下降到A低點(diǎn)，A后將右側(cè)送油閥旋至中立位置。一次脫模完成

After the pressure gauge has pressure, turn the right oil delivery valve to the lowered position to exhaust the air in the hydraulic system. Observe that there is no air bubble in the oil return pipe on the right oil tank. Can be used normally.

When demolding, pay attention to the accuracy of the positioning of the mold barrel. It is the key to the safe operation and smooth demolding of the instrument. The impervious test mold can be directly pulled out with a ￠ 160mm shim (the flange end of the mold barrel is below).

(1) When pressing the test mold, attach a 160mm diameter horn to the upper beam, and press the same horn directly into the test mold with the large side facing upward.

(2) When splitting the test piece, the same 160mm diameter horn is mounted on the upper beam, and the triangle scraper is placed in the sipe of the horn, and the blade part can be cut toward the test piece.

When demolding, the test mold with the test specimen should be placed on the tray (note that the positioning is accurate), the side with the small mouth facing upwards, and the right oil delivery valve should be rotated to the raised position, so that the piston can quickly rise to release the test specimen. After the parts come out, the right oil delivery valve should be rotated to the lowered position in time to stop the piston from rising to a low point. After A, the right oil delivery valve should be rotated to the neutral position. One demoulding is completed

五、維護(hù)與保養(yǎng)：

★儀器內(nèi)外應(yīng)保持清潔，防止各部分生銹

★經(jīng)常檢查油液是否潔凈，根據(jù)使用情況每月應(yīng)沉淀油箱'液壓油一次，每半年更換一次液壓油，換油時(shí)應(yīng)*清洗油箱 濾油器，如平時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)油液混濁嚴(yán)重時(shí)，應(yīng)及時(shí)更換液壓油，否則會(huì)加速液壓系統(tǒng)各部分磨損，甚至影響正常工作。

液壓油規(guī)格，視氣溫不同建議如下：

（1） 當(dāng)環(huán)境溫度為15±5 C時(shí)用GB443-84N46

（2） 當(dāng)環(huán)境溫度為25±5 C時(shí)用GB443-84N68

Replace the hydraulic oil, otherwise it will accelerate the wear of various parts of the hydraulic system and even affect normal work.

Hydraulic oil specifications, depending on the temperature, the recommendations are as follows:

(1) GB443-84N46 is used when the ambient temperature is 15 ± 5 C

(2) When the ambient temperature is 25 ± 5 C, use GB443-84N68

六、注意事項(xiàng)：

★嚴(yán)禁不加油，使油泵空轉(zhuǎn)

★使用前必須排盡系統(tǒng)內(nèi)空氣，才能使用

★使用時(shí)壓力嚴(yán)禁超過(guò)40MPa，當(dāng)接近時(shí)應(yīng)迅速切斷電源

★出廠安全閥以調(diào)好，勿動(dòng)
