一、ZF-8型暗箱式四用紫外分析儀概述：
ZF-8型暗箱式四用紫外分析儀是新研制紫外儀器系列之一，專門設(shè)計(jì)了一只暗箱，用戶不需要暗室，即可對(duì)樣品進(jìn)行觀察分析，暗箱觀察室上裝有防紫外線玻璃，它濾去95% 以上的紫外線?？砂l(fā)出短波、中波、長(zhǎng)波紫外線和可見光四種波長(zhǎng)的光輻射。四用紫外分析儀ZF-8型發(fā)出的紫外線強(qiáng)度高，穩(wěn)定性好，廣泛應(yīng)用于分子生物學(xué)，化學(xué)，法醫(yī)等。
1 、在生物化學(xué)、醫(yī)學(xué)中，可對(duì)DNA、RNA 電泳凝膠樣品進(jìn)行觀察分析，檢測(cè)蛋白質(zhì)、核甘酸等。
2 、在制藥工業(yè)中，可用來(lái)檢查激素生物堿、維生素等能產(chǎn)生螢光的藥品質(zhì)量，特別適宜作薄層分析，紙層分析和檢測(cè)。
