一，用途
UQK-01,02,03-C型浮球液位控制器屬于兩位式物位儀表，適用于對銅，鋁，不銹鋼等材料不起腐蝕作用的容器內(nèi)夜的控制。當(dāng)液位到達高，低級限位置時，控制器輸出觸電開關(guān)信號，實現(xiàn)液位的報警或啟停電泵?？蓮V泛應(yīng)用于石油，化工等工業(yè)部門中。UQK-01,02,03-C型應(yīng)用于海洋船舶中。

三，結(jié)構(gòu)原理
控制器由浮球組件與轉(zhuǎn)換機兩部分組成。當(dāng)被測液位變化時，浮球隨之上下移動，使連桿端部的磁鋼做相反方向移動。到達液位兩個控制點時，通過同級性磁力的排斥作用，是轉(zhuǎn)換機構(gòu)中的磁鋼迅速被排斥到另一邊，使微動開關(guān)接通或斷開，輸出開關(guān)信號，用以實現(xiàn)報警或自動控制。

四，使用須知
1.被控制介質(zhì)中，不應(yīng)含有導(dǎo)磁雜質(zhì)。
2.被控介質(zhì)的液面波動頻率及幅值不能太大。
3.UQK-03-C型控制器浮球直徑若大于法蘭孔徑時，容器蓋必修是可以拆卸的。
