一、ZF-8型暗箱式四用紫外分析儀概述：
ZF-8型暗箱式四用紫外分析儀是新研制紫外儀器系列之一，專門設(shè)計了一只暗箱，用戶不需要暗室，即可對樣品進行觀察分析，暗箱觀察室上裝有防紫外線玻璃，它濾去95% 以上的紫外線?？砂l(fā)出短波、中波、長波紫外線和可見光四種波長的光輻射。四用紫外分析儀ZF-8型發(fā)出的紫外線強度高，穩(wěn)定性好，廣泛應用于分子生物學，化學，法醫(yī)等。
1 、在生物化學、醫(yī)學中，可對DNA、RNA 電泳凝膠樣品進行觀察分析，檢測蛋白質(zhì)、核甘酸等。
