The AssayLiteTM Extreme series is based on the Sandwich Immunoassay principles.  This assay is also called Endpoint Fluorescent Sandwich Immunoassay (EFSIA).
AssayLiteTM Extreme Series Multiplex Fluorescent Immunoassays Principle
Step1: Two different types of antibodies are coated on the plate uniformly and standards and/or samples are added to the well. Step 2: Targeted antibodies bind to its standards and/or samples. Step 3: Antibodies labeled with different colored fluorescent probe are added to the well. Step 4: Antibody with different colored fluorescent probe binds to its targeted protein and the specific fluorescent signal reported by fluorescent plate reader.
