	The kit was manufactured at the highest quality possible
	1. The antibody used in the kit was made using the highest possible purity of antigen to achieve the lowest cross reactivity for optimal multiplex results. 2. The kit is available in two formats: one with high and low controls, the other without high and low controls. 3. The low control was made using depleted plasma.
	Multiplex kits evaluation
	Plasma proteins are very complex and often form complexes. The different antibodies used may affect the targeted proteins performance in the assay. Our multiplex kits have been carefully evaluated and compared with ELISA and/or single fluorescent assays performance to make sure the multiplex assays are reflecting similar results as ELISA and/or single fluorescent assays.

The AssayLite^TM Extreme series is based on the Sandwich Immunoassay principles.
This assay is also called Endpoint Fluorescent Sandwich Immunoassay (EFSIA).

AssayLite^TM Extreme Series Multiplex Fluorescent Immunoassays Principle

Step1: Two different types of antibodies are coated on the plate uniformly and standards and/or samples are added to the well.

Step 2: Targeted antibodies bind to its standards and/or samples.

Step 3: Antibodies labeled with different colored fluorescent probe are added to the well.

Step 4: Antibody with different colored fluorescent probe binds to its targeted protein and the specific fluorescent signal reported by fluorescent plate reader.
