背景介紹：The protein encoded by this gene belongs to the biotin and lipoic acid synthetases family. It localizes in mitochondrion and plays an important role in alpha-(+)-lipoic acid synthesis. It may also function in the sulfur insertion chemistry in lipoate biosynthesis. Alternative splicing occurs at this locus and two transcript variants encoding distinct isoforms have been identified.

一、抗原抗體反應(yīng)特點
1.高度特異性，特異性是抗原抗體反應(yīng)的zui主要特征，特定抗原決定簇只與特定抗體結(jié)合；
2.可逆性:抗原與抗體結(jié)合形成抗原抗體復(fù)合物的過程是一種動態(tài)平衡, 其反應(yīng)式為：Ag+AbAg·Ab；
3.適當濃度和比例；
4.敏感性:在測定血清中某一物質(zhì)的含量時，化學比色法的敏感度為mg/ml水平，酶反應(yīng)測定法的敏感度約為5~10μg/ml，免疫測定中凝膠擴散法的敏感度與酶反應(yīng)法相仿。
二、影響抗原抗體反應(yīng)的因素
1.電解質(zhì) ：抗原抗體特異結(jié)合后，膠體粒便可發(fā)生脫水作用，此時易受電解質(zhì)影響，如有適當濃度的電解質(zhì)存在就會使它們失去部分負電荷而相互凝聚，于是出現(xiàn)明顯的凝集或沉淀現(xiàn)象。
2.酸堿度:合適的pH為6-8。
3.溫度:37℃通常是抗原體反應(yīng)zui適溫度。
