Driven by global supply?chain restructuring, Chinese optical?communication leading company Changxinbochuang (Broadex Tech) accelerates overseas capacity deployment and builds Chipsen Indonesia production base. It establishes a dual?manufacturing system “China domestic + Indonesia", transferring 800G /1.6T high?speed optical?module packaging & testing capacity to Indonesia, bypassing trade tariff barriers and supplying finished goods directly for North?American customers’ supply chains. This green?field & expansion project is located near Jakarta, Indonesia. It includes five major fluid systems: ultrapure water (UPW) preparation & distribution, optical?cleaning chemical feeding, process cooling?water circulation, clean?room utility systems and process wastewater treatment. VTON provides complete valves and flow?meters fluid?control solution for this optical?module plant, supporting EPC contractors and plant operation?maintenance procurement.

Project Challenges

1. Corrosive acid, alkali and organic solvents are applied in      optical?module packaging & cleaning processes. The UPW system requires      ultra?high cleanness and zero?leakage performance. Conventional valves      & instruments suffer corrosion and internal leakage, which directly      reduce optical?component yield.

2. Wide?range working conditions cover micro?flow chemical      feeding, large?flow UPW circulation, glycol cooling fluid and acid?alkali      wastewater. Multiple types of flow meters are required for different flow      ranges.
