技術落后加強磁翻板液位計產業(yè)競爭力

中文版：新世紀以來，我國儀器儀表行業(yè)進入了蓬勃發(fā)展時期，企業(yè)注重加大科技創(chuàng)新的投入力度，不斷進行磁翻板液位計產業(yè)研發(fā)，改變了技術落后的現狀，極大地增強了企業(yè)的市場競爭力。盡管我國的儀器儀表行業(yè)品種在市場上占有的份額逐漸提高，但是，整體技術水平和品牌產品與發(fā)達國家相比還相去甚遠，因而磁翻板液位計生產企業(yè)被外企壟斷之勢一時尚難以改變，國內生產企業(yè)的突圍之路還有很長的路要走。國內磁翻板液位計產品質優(yōu)價廉，在市場上的需求很大，持續(xù)拉動磁翻板液位計產業(yè)出口強勁增長。然而面對龐大的市場“蛋糕"，作為國內出口主力大軍的中低端磁翻板液位計產品，則在市場競爭上處于被動弱勢地位，其創(chuàng)新力弱，出口價格低，利潤易受原料價格、匯率波動的影響，競爭能力令人擔憂。專家稱，從人們的使用習慣來看，仍更偏重進口設備。在這樣的大環(huán)境下，國內磁翻板液位計生產企業(yè)要想創(chuàng)新，可謂是步履維艱，不僅要面對仿制產品的競爭，更嚴峻的是，還要面對市場資源不足的現實。此外，技術落后成為了在這一問題的上的眾矢之的，也是這一問題的核心因素所在。但是技術只是現象，研發(fā)投入資金的不足、知識產權保護的缺失、人才的缺失才是實質所在。研發(fā)資金的必要投入是制造廠商研發(fā)新產品、產品創(chuàng)新的保證，加之磁翻板液位計產業(yè)本身就是一個資金密集型的高技術產業(yè)，因此，研發(fā)資金的投入不僅是必要的，而且也是必須的。專家認為，我國還是以出口導向為主，在勞動力供給短缺問題日益明顯的前提下，勞動力成本上升的趨勢不可避免，這意味著，磁翻板液位計生產企業(yè)進行產業(yè)升級，提升勞動生產率和產品附加值是*出路。面對外資“走下來"搶占中低端市場，國內本土磁翻板液位計生產企業(yè)也在積極“走上去"、“走出去"。英文版：Since the new century, China's instrumentation industry entered a period of vigorous development, enterprises pay attention to increase the science and technology innovation investment, constant magnetic level meter industry R & D, changed the backward situation, greatly enhance the market competitiveness of enterprises.
