近年，隨著工業(yè)自動(dòng)化和磁翻板液位計(jì)行業(yè)的發(fā)展，我國(guó)的工業(yè)生產(chǎn)水平得到了很大的提升。自動(dòng)化的發(fā)展不僅為企業(yè)節(jié)省了勞動(dòng)成本，更是提高了經(jīng)濟(jì)的效益，而在公共環(huán)境中和城市化進(jìn)程中也到了*的作用。但與此同時(shí)，“工業(yè)災(zāi)難”這樣一個(gè)的問題也隨著自動(dòng)化的普及進(jìn)入了大眾的視野。比如世界的工業(yè)災(zāi)難：“印度博帕爾毒氣泄漏事件”、“?？松?middot;瓦爾迪茲號(hào)燃油泄漏事件”、“切爾諾貝利核電站爆炸”等。而我國(guó)近期發(fā)生的上海地鐵事故、高鐵事故、康菲漏油事件都給我們敲響了警鐘。
人們?cè)诳絾柟I(yè)安全的同時(shí)，對(duì)其所應(yīng)用的產(chǎn)品的穩(wěn)定性和可靠性提出新質(zhì)疑。磁翻板液位計(jì)作為自動(dòng)化行業(yè)不可分割的一部分，同樣遭遇到了相同的問題。其中，功能安全技術(shù)及安全儀表是上zui近發(fā)展的新技術(shù)，目的是防止工業(yè)設(shè)施產(chǎn)生異常事故，以致危及人身與設(shè)備的安全。這項(xiàng)技術(shù)及相關(guān)儀表產(chǎn)品已經(jīng)獲得用戶的廣泛關(guān)注。我國(guó)大型石化工程建設(shè)項(xiàng)目已經(jīng)規(guī)定必須事*行功能安全的評(píng)估。我國(guó)工業(yè)設(shè)施突發(fā)事故發(fā)生比較頻繁，研究安全儀表技術(shù)有很重要的意義。
這一領(lǐng)域重點(diǎn)發(fā)展的產(chǎn)品包括：達(dá)到整體安全等級(jí)SIL3的控制系統(tǒng)、溫度變送器、壓力/壓差變送器、電動(dòng)執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)/液位變送器定位器的開發(fā)與應(yīng)用，同時(shí)也包括安全儀表系統(tǒng)評(píng)估技術(shù)方法研究和評(píng)估工具的開發(fā)。
但是遺憾的是，我國(guó)的磁翻板液位計(jì)行業(yè)產(chǎn)品絕大部分屬于中低檔技術(shù)水平，而且可靠性、穩(wěn)定性等關(guān)鍵性指標(biāo)尚未全部達(dá)到要求。以測(cè)試儀器為例，、大型儀器設(shè)備幾乎全部依賴進(jìn)口，同時(shí)國(guó)外公司還占有國(guó)內(nèi)中檔產(chǎn)品以及許多關(guān)鍵零部件市場(chǎng)60%以上的份額。我國(guó)的產(chǎn)品并不在技術(shù)的*方面差，而是關(guān)鍵在于產(chǎn)品的穩(wěn)定性和可靠性。國(guó)外的產(chǎn)品用上去基本比較穩(wěn)定，不會(huì)大起大落，用戶用起來(lái)比較放心。而國(guó)內(nèi)的產(chǎn)品在這方面比較差一點(diǎn)，穩(wěn)定性和可靠性都不夠。也造成了業(yè)內(nèi)的“產(chǎn)品叫好，不叫座”情況。
