液體渦輪流量計產(chǎn)品發(fā)展方式存在的問題:江蘇地區(qū)部分儀器儀表企業(yè)的過度依賴投資驅(qū)動，忽視創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動，心智發(fā)育不夠。雖然加工裝備改善的速度比較快、比較明顯；但研發(fā)試驗(yàn)條件改善比較少、比較慢；因而加工能力進(jìn)步快，而液體渦輪流量計產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新能力提高慢。但科技人員水平、車間員工素質(zhì)仍有較大差距，因而液體渦輪流量計產(chǎn)業(yè)水平、質(zhì)量未能同步提高。這就使得我國液體渦輪流量計產(chǎn)業(yè)以超大、超重見長的極限加工制造能力已臻世界之zui。輕視軟能力閱歷和積淀不夠。依靠進(jìn)口關(guān)鍵部件，液體渦輪流量計產(chǎn)品進(jìn)步較快，不少已在產(chǎn)量和單機(jī)等級上雄踞世界前列，但以高可靠性、高精密、品牌信譽(yù)等為主要特征的零部件發(fā)展嚴(yán)重滯后。
幾乎所有液體渦輪流量計產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)已成熟的產(chǎn)品，產(chǎn)能都嚴(yán)重供過于求；但在加大批量、提率、我勝人敗的期望下，各地用于產(chǎn)能擴(kuò)張的投資仍在高速增長；由于惡性競爭愈演愈烈，這不但嚴(yán)重削弱了液體渦輪流量計產(chǎn)業(yè)的盈利能力，而且扭曲了正常的市場競爭秩序。十二五發(fā)展以來行業(yè)進(jìn)步確實(shí)很快，面貌確實(shí)發(fā)生了極大變化，但全行業(yè)過度看重硬件和硬能力，而沒有同時加強(qiáng)軟件和軟能力。這就像一個青春期的巨人，身材長得飛快，但其實(shí)只是初步長成了一個大架子，內(nèi)在的體力和智力還遠(yuǎn)未與外表的身架相稱。液體渦輪流量計的產(chǎn)能擴(kuò)張失控，產(chǎn)能嚴(yán)重過剩，惡性競爭不斷，產(chǎn)品價格下行。
