研究液位計(jì)技術(shù)革新*市場(chǎng)領(lǐng)域的觀點(diǎn)

中文版：近20年來(lái)國(guó)外液位計(jì)生產(chǎn)廠商早已把研究自動(dòng)化規(guī)格做為發(fā)展的重點(diǎn)予以考慮，先后推出一批液位計(jì)產(chǎn)品投放市場(chǎng)。其所以受到客戶的歡迎，主要原因是實(shí)現(xiàn)自動(dòng)操作后，一是一名實(shí)驗(yàn)人員可以同時(shí)操作多臺(tái)儀器，節(jié)省人力；二是由于液位計(jì)產(chǎn)業(yè)實(shí)現(xiàn)自動(dòng)化后不必人機(jī)面對(duì)面操作，減少了對(duì)環(huán)境造成的污染，保障操作人員身體健康；三、液位計(jì)產(chǎn)業(yè)按照標(biāo)準(zhǔn)程序自動(dòng)操作，減少人為的誤差，可以提高測(cè)試精度。從國(guó)外液位計(jì)產(chǎn)業(yè)自動(dòng)化的發(fā)展過(guò)程分析，大致可分為兩個(gè)階段，前段是標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)定的測(cè)試條件，將人工操作步驟實(shí)現(xiàn)自動(dòng)化；后一階段則是近年來(lái)發(fā)展較快的“另起爐灶"方法，即以研制出新儀器為核心，另行編輯新的測(cè)試方法標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的辦法。盡管測(cè)試方法改變，但是新儀器測(cè)出新油品性能的結(jié)果必須直接或間接換算后才能與經(jīng)典方法所測(cè)的結(jié)果基本一致。注意到上自動(dòng)化液位計(jì)產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展動(dòng)向和開(kāi)發(fā)國(guó)內(nèi)自動(dòng)化規(guī)格儀器的必要性，如何將我國(guó)的液位計(jì)產(chǎn)業(yè)制造水平提升到一個(gè)新的平臺(tái)，在安排手動(dòng)規(guī)格儀器國(guó)產(chǎn)化的同時(shí)，從開(kāi)發(fā)液位計(jì)產(chǎn)品規(guī)劃起就注意將其與自動(dòng)化的研發(fā)相結(jié)合，安排有條件的液位計(jì)生產(chǎn)企業(yè)負(fù)責(zé)研制，請(qǐng)有要求的儀器廠家共同承擔(dān)，并在經(jīng)費(fèi)、試用、推廣等方面創(chuàng)造必要的條件。因此，沒(méi)有造成液位計(jì)產(chǎn)業(yè)的品種及加工水平與相差過(guò)分懸殊。當(dāng)然，目前市場(chǎng)上見(jiàn)到的這些國(guó)產(chǎn)液位計(jì)產(chǎn)業(yè)還僅僅是上發(fā)展的前一階段水平英文版:In the past 20 years foreign level meter manufacturers have already put the research of automation specification as the focus of development into consideration, has launched a number of level meter products on the market.
