磁翻板液位計(jì)產(chǎn)業(yè)將為我國行業(yè)發(fā)展信息化奠定基礎(chǔ)

中文版：我國磁翻板液位計(jì)產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)和產(chǎn)品，經(jīng)過發(fā)展，有了較大的提高。全國已經(jīng)有1600多家企事業(yè)單位從事磁翻板液位計(jì)產(chǎn)業(yè)的研制、開發(fā)、生產(chǎn)。但與國外相比，我國磁翻板液位計(jì)產(chǎn)品品種和質(zhì)量水平，尚不能滿足國內(nèi)市場(chǎng)的需求，總體水平還處于國外上世紀(jì)90年代初期的水平。存在的主要問題有： （1）科技創(chuàng)新差，核心制造技術(shù)嚴(yán)重滯后于國外，擁有自主知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)的產(chǎn)品少，品種不全，磁翻板液位計(jì)產(chǎn)品技術(shù)水平與國外相差15年左右。（2）投資強(qiáng)度偏低，科研設(shè)備和生產(chǎn)工藝裝備落后，成果水平低，磁翻板液位計(jì)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量差。 （3）科技與生產(chǎn)脫節(jié)，影響科研成果的轉(zhuǎn)化，綜合實(shí)力較低，產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展后勁不足。 到2020年，磁翻板液位計(jì)產(chǎn)業(yè)領(lǐng)域應(yīng)爭取實(shí)現(xiàn)三大戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)： 以工業(yè)控制、汽車、通訊、環(huán)保為重點(diǎn)服務(wù)領(lǐng)域，以彈性元件、光學(xué)元件、電路為重點(diǎn)對(duì)象，發(fā)展具有自主知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)的原創(chuàng)性技術(shù)和磁翻板液位計(jì)產(chǎn)品；以磁翻板液位計(jì)產(chǎn)業(yè)工藝為基礎(chǔ)，以集成化、智能化和網(wǎng)絡(luò)化技術(shù)為依托，加強(qiáng)制造工藝和新型傳感器和磁翻板液位計(jì)產(chǎn)業(yè)的開發(fā)，使主導(dǎo)磁翻板液位計(jì)產(chǎn)品達(dá)到和接近國外同類產(chǎn)品的*水平；以增加品種、提高質(zhì)量和經(jīng)濟(jì)效益為主要目標(biāo)，加速磁翻板液位計(jì)產(chǎn)業(yè)化，使國產(chǎn)磁翻板液位計(jì)產(chǎn)業(yè)的品種占有率達(dá)到70%~80%，產(chǎn)品達(dá)60%以上英文版：Our magnetic level meter industry technology and products, after years of development, has been greatly improved.
