background: Actins are highly conserved proteins that are involved in various types of cell motility and are ubiquitously expressed in all eukaryotic cells .G-Actin (globular actin) with bound ATP can polymerise to form F-Actin (Filamentious Actin). Actin monomers spiral ariound the axis of the filament similar to a double helix. F-Actin may also undergo a process called treadmilling, in which filament length remains constant and actin monomers add at one end and dissociated at the other.

Storage:  Store at -20℃ for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The  lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater  than a year when kept at -20℃. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent  of antibody, the antibody is stable for at least six weeks at 2-4 ℃
