儲(chǔ) 存 液 0.01M TBS(pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.03% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol.
保存條件 Store at -20℃ for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20℃. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4℃.


     Anti-F-Actin抗體,F-肌動(dòng)蛋白抗體產(chǎn)品介紹 

      Actins are highly conserved proteins that are involved in various types of cell motility and are ubiquitously expressed in all eukaryotic cells .G-Actin (globular actin) with bound ATP can polymerise to form F-Actin (Filamentious Actin). Actin monomers spiral ariound the axis of the filament similar to a double helix. F-Actin may also undergo a process called treadmilling, in which filament length remains constant and actin monomers add at one end and dissociated at the other.

Function:
F-actin-capping proteins bind in a Ca(2+)-independent manner to the fast growing ends of actin filaments (barbed end) thereby blocking the exchange of subunits at these ends. Unlike other capping proteins (such as gelsolin and severin), these proteins do not sever actin filaments.
