砂泵主要是用來(lái)為除砂器、除泥器、泥排量和壓力的鉆井液。經(jīng)過(guò)十多年的現(xiàn)場(chǎng) 應(yīng)用和改進(jìn)，本公司研制的離心式砂泵，無(wú)論在技術(shù)性能方面，還是在密封壽命方面均局國(guó)內(nèi)水平，并達(dá)到國(guó)外同類(lèi)產(chǎn)品的水平。

其中10×8×14 離心式砂泵主要配套3000m以上的鉆機(jī),且鉆井液粘度、比重都比較大的鉆井工程使用；8×6×14 離心式砂泵主要配套3000m以上的鉆機(jī)；8×6×11 離心式砂泵主要配套3000m以下的鉆機(jī)，也可作為灌注泵給三缸泥漿泵供漿；6×5×11 離心式砂泵一般用于車(chē)裝鉆機(jī)或小型鉆機(jī)的配套；4×3離心式砂泵與計(jì)量罐配套，通常稱(chēng)計(jì)量泵或補(bǔ)給泵；3×2離心式砂泵一般作為清水泵使用。

該泵有電動(dòng)和皮帶驅(qū)動(dòng)兩種形式。根據(jù)客戶(hù)特殊要求可提供新的設(shè)計(jì)產(chǎn)品。

The 10×8×14 centrifugal sand pump applies to over 3000-meter-long drilling rigs，with big visvosity and specific gravity drilling fluid.The8×6×14 centrifugal sand pump applies to over 3000-meter-long drilling rigs; The 8×6×11 centrifugal sand pump applies to under 3000-meter-long drilling rigs,also can be can be used to supply mud to triplex mud pump as a filling pump. The 6×5×11 centrifugal sand pump applies to truck-mounted drilling rigs or pocket drilling rigs; The 4×3 centrifugal sand pump is usually used as measuring pump or replenishment pump; he 4×3 centrifugal sand pump is usually used as clean water pump

The pump has two types of drive, electromotion and belt drive. New products can be designed and provided according to customers’ special requirements .
