UV-Integrator 140
The UV-Integrator 140 is a high quality UV measuring instrument. It is used to measure UV energy of different light
sources, especially on printing machines. It was specially designed with a recess in the housing for better handling.
It is ideal to ensure quality control of printing and drying processes.
Big size, heavy duty pass-through Integrator with a diameter of 140 mm. It is reliable and simple to use.
The UV-Integrator 140 is available in six different measuring ranges*:

By addition of the incidence of the light quantities during the exposure cycle, relative values are calculated.
Because of uneven radiation distribution of the UV light source and different type of construction of the measuring
devices by different manufacturers, different readings may appear under the same measurement conditions.

While on the conveyer belt, the UV-Integrator 140 can withstand max. 110° C / 230° F for up to 10 seconds. The
temperature of the housing should not exceed 45° C / 113° F.
Calibration:
In order to keep its full function and precision it is recommended to have re-calibration done once per year. Recalibration will also be necessary after change of battery. Ongoing, PTB traceable calibration with certificate

使用/操作：
a． 打開(kāi)ON開(kāi)關(guān)，則LCD（顯示屏）是顯示為零。
b． 將UV能量計(jì)放置于曝光UV燈源附近,以其背面對(duì)準(zhǔn)燈源（UV能量計(jì)的能量感受器在背面）。
c． 直到UV能量計(jì)的顯示屏上有測(cè)量顯示，例如800毫焦耳/平方厘米。(800mj/cm2)。
d． 將顯示屏的值記錄或作為品質(zhì)控制與實(shí)驗(yàn)參數(shù)，關(guān)掉UV能量計(jì)開(kāi)關(guān)(OFF)。
