Spirax Sarco FIG13 threaded filters, cast iron, threaded connections. Standard 0.8mm stainless steel filter pore size . Another pore size and number and other alloys filters to choose from. According to the needs of the filter can be drilled threaded bonnet or sewage discharge valve.
Spirax Sarco filter
Spirax Sarco filter is used to ensure that all devices from clogging and damage to the pipeline due to impurities such as rust and welding slag caused . Thereby reducing maintenance costs and production losses.
Filters can be installed in the steam piping, tubing, pipes and compressed air system piping and protect a variety of measuring instruments, pumps , valves, valve, steam traps and other devices.
Filter
Spirax Sarco filter range, available from cast iron, ductile iron, steel, stainless steel and other materials filter diameter from 15mm to 250mm, multiple connectivity specifications to meet a variety of industrial applications.
Fig12/13/14/16Y type filter , threaded connections , materials are ductile iron , cast iron , cast steel and stainless steel , can be used for steam , water and other fluid systems.
Fig33/34/36/37Y type filter , flange connection , materials are cast iron, cast steel , stainless steel and ductile cast .
Fig7 basket filter , flange , carbon steel . Can be drilled to install a pressure gauge and drain valve on the body .
Filter
Spirax full screen size of the filter pore size of 1/ 64 " to 3/16'' r or 40 mesh to 200 mesh , and , depending on the material , the filter material are of brass, stainless steel, Monel high strength corrosion resistant nickel-copper alloy , etc. Note : It is best not to install a finer mesh than needed ; recommend 200 mesh screen is used only for gas or air line .
Installation
In order to prevent the accumulation of condensation water filter has become the source of water hammer and limit filtration area in the steam main diameter greater than 1 "(DN25) filter should be installed horizontally .
