樓主觀察到的現(xiàn)象不奇怪，S7-300/400的定時(shí)器自動(dòng)選擇時(shí)間基準(zhǔn)，從仿真和上圖中定時(shí)器的當(dāng)前值可以看出，預(yù)設(shè)值為6s和60s的定時(shí)器的時(shí)間基準(zhǔn)分別為10ms和100ms。定時(shí)器的定時(shí)是有誤差的，僅僅因?yàn)闀r(shí)間基準(zhǔn)不同，也會(huì)使兩個(gè)定時(shí)器的積累誤差不同。
S7-200的10ms和100ms的定時(shí)器的運(yùn)行機(jī)制*不同，100ms的定時(shí)器與指令的執(zhí)行有關(guān)，10ms定時(shí)器是在每個(gè)掃描周期開始時(shí)處理時(shí)間當(dāng)前值的。S7-300/400也有可能這樣處理。
樓主采用的定時(shí)器電路在前后兩段定時(shí)的切換時(shí)需要一個(gè)掃描周期。這也會(huì)影響到兩個(gè)定時(shí)器的時(shí)間同步。
對(duì)于一般的應(yīng)用，這種誤差無關(guān)緊要。要求準(zhǔn)確的定時(shí)可采用循環(huán)中斷組織塊。
