氣動頭運(yùn)行維護(hù)手冊

1.Service conditions ror standard actuators:

■ Maximum pressure:8bar

■Maximum Temperature：-30℃ 

■Maximum Temperature：+100℃

標(biāo)準(zhǔn)氣動頭的使用條件：

       ■zui大壓力：8Bar

               ■zui低溫度：-30℃

               ■zui高溫度+100℃

■Accessories assembly according Standard     NAMUR VDI/VDE 3845

■Connections to valves according Standard     ENISO5211

技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和應(yīng)用規(guī)格：

電磁閥根據(jù)NAMUR標(biāo)準(zhǔn)直接安裝：

氣體附件根據(jù)NAMUR VDI/VDE 3845標(biāo)準(zhǔn)安裝；

閥門根據(jù)EN ISO 5211標(biāo)準(zhǔn)連接；

3.INSPECTION AT DELIVERY &STORAGE 交付和存儲時(shí)的檢驗(yàn)

3.1 All actuators will be examined when delivered to ensure that they have not suffered any danage during transport .Inrorm the supplier innediay if there is any danage.

所有的氣動頭在交付時(shí)必須經(jīng)過仔細(xì)檢查以確保在運(yùn)輸過程中未受損壞。如果發(fā)現(xiàn)任何損壞，應(yīng)產(chǎn)即告知供應(yīng)商。

3.2 As standard ,actuators will leave the factory in closed position.

標(biāo)準(zhǔn)氣動頭在出廠時(shí)保持關(guān)閉位置

3.3 WARNING !!警告??！

Actuators will be stored under cover and protected from inclement weather conditions and dampness with air conducts properly covered.

為了防止惡劣天氣的影響和受潮，每臺氣動頭在存放時(shí)都用封閉式紙箱包裝完好。

3.4 Actuators will not be unpacked untill their defintive installation ,except ror inspection purpsese.

氣動頭在要安裝之前不得拆除包裝，除非測試需要。

4.INSTALLATION 安裝

4.1 The handling and transport of the actuators must be carried out with extreme precaution and using the necessary and adequate means depending on their size and weight in order to avoid risks to the operators handing them.

在搬運(yùn)氣動頭時(shí)，根據(jù)氣動頭的大小和重量用合適的設(shè)備謹(jǐn)慎操作，以免發(fā)生危險(xiǎn)。

WARNING?。?/span>警告??！

Check the state of the actuators in order to detect any damage produced during transport and /or handling.

在安裝時(shí)先檢查一下氣動頭的外觀狀況，防止在運(yùn)送和操作過程中發(fā)生損壞。

4.2 Actuators should be installed in such a way that they are easy to acess in order to the periodic inspections and corresponding maintenance operations necessary to guarantee the performance qualities that they have been designed tor.

為了方便定期檢測和相應(yīng)的維護(hù)操作，氣動頭應(yīng)安裝在容易接觸到的地方，保證設(shè)計(jì)要求的性能。

WARNING??！警告！！

  Actuators must not support unexpected stress.lt is important to do the assemble with a correct alignment and parallelism to guarantee that is not submitted to unexpectde stress.

氣動頭安裝時(shí)應(yīng)保證——對應(yīng)，以確保氣動頭不會受到因安裝不當(dāng)引起的意外壓力的影響。

IMPORTANT!!重要

After the installation carry out afinal check of the actuator and make some opening and closing operatins to make sure that it works properly.

安裝完畢后，在會后檢查一下氣動頭，開啟和關(guān)閉操作幾次，以確保氣動頭正常運(yùn)作。

WARNING??！警告??！

Actuators are lubricated before assembly therefore they will not need any extra grease Actuators are lubrcated before assembly therefore they will not need any extra grease after.

氣動頭在裝備時(shí)已加過潤滑油，因此以后不需要在額外加潤滑油。

The use of dry and clean air increase the lifetime of the actuators ,as well as the lifetime of their accessories,solenoids and other pneumatic accessories.

利用干燥且干凈的空氣可以延長氣動頭合其他附件的使用壽命。

4.2.1RECOMMENDED MINIMUM AIR QUALITY推薦的空氣質(zhì)量

Oil content:      Superior limit: 5mg/m3  Inrerior limit:1mg/m3

Water conten:    Superior limit:3oc      Inferior limit:-20oc 

Maximum size of the dust particles:40microns

含油量：上限：5mg/m3 下限：1mg/m3 

含水量：上限3oc下線：-20oc

粉塵顆粒的zui大尺寸：40微米

4.2.2 Actuators can be installed in line with the piping or at an angle of 900

氣動頭安裝可以與管道平行，也可以與之成900

4.2.3 The normal performance of the actuators is to close clockwise and to open anticlockwise. However,this may be inverted under request.

通常情況下操作氣動頭的方法是順時(shí)針關(guān)閉，逆時(shí)針開啟，在有特定要求情況下可以逆轉(zhuǎn)。

4.3 Make sure that the actuator and the valve are in the same position,open or closed.

確定氣動頭和閥門同時(shí)處于開啟或關(guān)閉的位置。

4.4 When assembing the actuator on the valve,check the correct alignment of the set to ensure that the couping parts work perfectly aligned.

在閥門上裝備氣動頭時(shí)，檢查整套裝置（閥門的氣動頭）是否正確對齊，以確保聯(lián)接部分能銜接。

4.5 The coupling bolts,whether the actuator connects directly to the valve or uses a bracket,they must be tightened proportionally,distributing the stress,before tightening them compietey.

無論氣動頭是直接與閥門連接還是用支架與閥門連接，聯(lián)接螺栓必須先按比例預(yù)緊，以分散壓力，然后才能*擰緊。

IMPORTANT?。≈匾。?/span>

It is advisable to operate the actuator twece before fully tightening the coupling bolts in order to ensure a good centring

在*擰緊連接螺栓前，對氣動頭進(jìn)行試操作兩次，以確保能正確合軸。

5. PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE 預(yù)防性的維護(hù)

5.1 This basically consists in a periodic inspection to see the the correct functioning of the actuator

這部分基本上就是做周期性的檢查，看看氣動頭是否運(yùn)行正常。

5.2Actuators must be operated at least once every six months ,However,depending on the application of the actuator ,this may be done within shorter periods.

氣動頭至少每六個(gè)月運(yùn)行1次，但是考慮到氣動頭的應(yīng)用不同，可能在更短的周期內(nèi)需要運(yùn)行。

5.3 It is the end user’s responsibility to establish these operation plans depending on the working conditions.

zui終用戶應(yīng)根據(jù)各自的工作情況建立相應(yīng)的操作步驟。

WARNING！警告！！

Never leave the actuators opened or closed during a long period of time.

5.4 It is recommended to replace O-rings,guides and washers when an in -depth revision of the installation is made.

如果氣動頭安裝有較大的改變，建議更換密封圈，滑動異片和墊圈。

6.MAINTENANCE OPERATIONS 運(yùn)行維護(hù)

6.1 PRECAUTIONS BEFORE DISASSEMBLY! 氣動頭拆卸前的防范工作

6.1.1 Disconnect the actuator and its accessories from the air and electrical network,

先將氣動頭合其他附件上的氣源線和電源線拆下；

6.1.2 Disassembly the solenoid from the actuator.

再將電磁閥從氣動頭上拆下；

6.1.3 Disassembly the actuator from the valve and/or from its

4. 由于人為原因造成的機(jī)器損壞，外力碰撞，墜落，等其他原因造成的個(gè)人失誤

5. 免費(fèi)保修期外，我們提供有償維修服務(wù)（只收成本配件費(fèi)用）
