主要技術(shù)特點(diǎn)

1. 該機(jī)采用數(shù)字控制技術(shù)，全自動(dòng)控制、數(shù)字顯示、勻速加荷、加荷速率可調(diào),可測量水泥試塊左右及上下位移變化，并能計(jì)算出相應(yīng)的泊松比及彈性模量。

2. 采用進(jìn)口HBM傳感器進(jìn)行壓力測量，配合專用模塊，采集精度更高。

3. 采用進(jìn)口基恩士激光位移傳感器，測量精度2um，非接觸式測量。

4. 試驗(yàn)機(jī)采用全閉環(huán)測量方式，控制精度高。

5. 試驗(yàn)機(jī)采用模塊化結(jié)構(gòu)，對(duì)環(huán)境適應(yīng)性強(qiáng)，工作穩(wěn)定可靠，方便維修。

6. 觸摸式彩色液晶顯示，所有操作集中顯示在15寸顯示屏上，全中文顯示，操作簡便易懂。

7. 采用工業(yè)PC主機(jī)控制，32G儲(chǔ)存空間，Windows操作系統(tǒng)。

8. 無需三相電源，采用單相電源供電。

STRUCTURAL FEATURES

1.The machine is automatic controlled by the latest digital technology. Data can be showing in digital display and machine achieve adjustable constant speed loading during a test. The distance changes for left and right or up and down of cement stone can be measured .And also can calculate the corresponding Poisson's ratio and elastic modulus.

2. Imported HBM transducers in combination with special modules to achieve pressure measurements, collecting more accurate.

3. Using imported KEYENCE laser displacement sensor measurement accuracy of 2μm, non-contact measurement.

4. Testing machine using closed-loop measurement making high precision.

5. Modularization design , environmental adaptability, stable and reliable, easy to maintenance.

6. Touch-screen color LCD display, all displayed on a 15 inch display screen, all-Chinese showing , operation is simple and easy to understand.

7. Controlled by industrial PC host, 32G storage space, and Windows operating systems.

8. Only single power supply can be used, no need for three power.

The inside of the machine settings well 1 (17.9kN/min) well 2 (2.4kN/min) and ISO(2.4kN/s) , more convenient to well cement and construction cement for strength testing.
