二、使用特性
聲納用縱向水密電纜一般用在水密穿艙部位，在外護(hù)套破損情況下，依靠電纜護(hù)套及電纜內(nèi)部密封填料來(lái)延緩進(jìn)入電纜內(nèi)部的水的流動(dòng)速度，提高設(shè)備使用的可靠性。

Sonar with longitudinal watertight cable is generally used inwatertight wear tank parts, outer sheath damage cases,relying on the cable sheath and cable inner packing to delayinto the cable inside the water flow speed,improve the reliabilityof equipmentused.
三、主要性能The main performance
電纜芯數(shù)可根據(jù)用戶(hù)需要從1芯到37芯，電纜導(dǎo)體結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)先采用下表所示，導(dǎo)體電阻應(yīng)符合下表規(guī)定。
Some cable core according to user needs from 1 to 37 core. cable conductor structure preferred as shown in the tablebelow. conductor resistance should comply with the regulations of the table below.
電纜導(dǎo)體金屬絲之間涂滿(mǎn)阻水膠，纜芯絕緣外的空隙填滿(mǎn)阻水材料，在內(nèi)外護(hù)套與屏蔽(如有)之間涂滿(mǎn)陽(yáng)水膠來(lái)延緩水的流動(dòng)，另外在外護(hù)套內(nèi)部密實(shí)繞包阻水帶，其材料特性為遇水會(huì)膨脹，填滿(mǎn)電纜縫隙，從而達(dá)到密封效果。電纜縱向水密封性能試驗(yàn):電纜-端開(kāi)口放置在4.5MPa水壓下6小時(shí)不滴水。電纜經(jīng)過(guò)1000次雙向彎曲(彎曲半徑250mm)，應(yīng)不發(fā)生斷芯，且導(dǎo)體直流電阻、耐電壓試驗(yàn)和絕緣電阻無(wú)明顯變化。
Cable conductor wire between the ful block water glue, cable core insulation outside block water material, fill the gap inthe inner and outer sheath and shielding (if any) between the full block water glue to slow the flow of water, the other internaldense outer sheath around BaoZu hose. its materia properties for the water swells. fil the cable aperture. so as to achievesealing effect.Longitudinal water sealing performance test: cable open end placed 6 hours don't drop under 4.5 MPa water pressure
Cable after 1000 two-way bending (250 mm) bending radius, should not break in the core, and the conductor dcresistance, resistance to voltage test and insulation resistance has no obvious change.
