KZDL -3 m microcomputer sulfur meter tester USES
1. 該系統(tǒng)用于測量煤、焦炭、石油等可燃物資的硫含量。
This system is used for measuring sulphur content in such inflammables as coal, coke and oil.
2. 整個測試過程由微機控制自動完成，也可脫離微機工作。
The whole test is automatically controlled by microcomputer or be completed off-line.
3. 實驗過程中校正方便，直觀。
During the experiment, the correction is convenient and visual.
4. 測量結(jié)果可長期保存，可查詢、打印。
Measuring results can be saved for long term, or be inquired or printed.
5.系統(tǒng)工作溫度 用戶可通過軟件在600℃----1150℃之間選擇設(shè)定（測煤時為1050℃，測石油時用戶可選擇800℃）。
System operating temperature may be set by user within the scope of 600℃----1150℃ via software (1050℃ for measuring coal; 800℃ optional for measuring oil).
6. 微機與單片機系統(tǒng)之間采用標準RS232串行接口，具有接線簡單、傳輸可靠、傳輸距離遠、故障率低等特點。
Standard RS232 serial interface is applied between the microcomputer and single chip system, which is featured by simple connection, reliable transmission, long transmission distance and low failure rate.
7. 單片機系統(tǒng)負責控制高溫爐的溫度控制、測量數(shù)據(jù)的采集，并將數(shù)據(jù)通過串行線傳輸給主控微機，由微機進行數(shù)據(jù)處理，與微機主程序的配合使系統(tǒng)整體性能有大幅度的提高。
Single chip system is used for temperature control of high-temperature furnace, collection of measured data and data transmission to master computer via serial line. Then the computer will carry out data processing. Due to cooperation with main program in the computer, the overall performance of this system is improved greatly.
8. 本系統(tǒng)將高溫爐、磁力攪拌器、空氣凈化裝置、電解池、自動送樣機構(gòu)、單片機控制線路合理地放置在同一機箱內(nèi)，使整機系統(tǒng)美觀、體積小、系統(tǒng)的放置與連接方便、系統(tǒng)的操作與日常維護簡單等特點。
In this system, high-temperature furnace, magnetic stirrer, air cleaner, electrolytic tank, automatic sample sender and single chip control wiring are placed in a single chassis reasonably. In this way, the overall unit is characterized by beautiful appearance, small volume, convenient placement and connection, and simple operation and daily maintenance.
