一、總有機(jī)碳TOC分析儀產(chǎn)品說明:
總有機(jī)碳（TOC）分析儀采用世界的雙波長紫外氧化技術(shù)，精度高、靈敏度高。高性能CPU，觸摸屏智能化控制，具有離線分析和在線分析選配功能，配制外置式打印機(jī)，人性化的設(shè)計(jì)理念，更換UV燈和泵管不用拆開機(jī)箱，操作簡單、方便，實(shí)現(xiàn)了分析儀器國產(chǎn)化。符合《中國藥典》2010版附錄 VIII R制藥用水中總有機(jī)碳測定法，滿足藥典對(duì)儀器的要求：①TOC=TC-TIC，②系統(tǒng)適用性試驗(yàn)，③檢測靈敏度（等于或小于0.05mg/L）。

二、應(yīng)用范圍：

該儀器可用于檢測制藥工業(yè)中純化水、注射用水和去離子水中總有機(jī)碳的濃度；也可用于半導(dǎo)體行業(yè)、電廠、科研單位、實(shí)驗(yàn)室等超純水TOC的檢測，在制藥領(lǐng)域和生物化學(xué)領(lǐng)域清潔驗(yàn)證過程中，可用于驗(yàn)證清潔效果。

該儀器具有在線檢測功能（在線檢測裝置需另選配），可以在線監(jiān)測制藥工業(yè)的制水系統(tǒng)、半導(dǎo)體工業(yè)的超純水制備系統(tǒng)和晶片工藝過程、電廠去離子水制備過程等。

五、工作原理：
樣品中的有機(jī)物在紫外線及*廣催化的作用下被氧化成二氧化碳，采用電導(dǎo)率檢測技術(shù)測定二氧化碳，通過電導(dǎo)率傳感器檢測經(jīng)氧化反應(yīng)器氧化后的樣品總碳與電導(dǎo)率傳感器檢測未經(jīng)氧化反應(yīng)器氧化的樣品總無機(jī)碳之差，獲得樣品中總有機(jī)碳含量（TOC=TC-TIC）。

Total organic carbon (TOC) analyzer USES the double wavelength ultraviolet oxidation of the world's leading technology, high accuracy, high sensitivity. Conforms to the Chinese pharmacopoeia 2010 edition annex VIII R pharmaceutical method of determination of total organic carbon in the water, to meet the requirements of the pharmacopoeia of the instrument: (1) the TOC = TC - TIC, (2) the system applicability test, (3) the detection sensitivity (equal to or less than 0.05 mg/L).
