IEPE是指一種自帶電量放大器或電壓放大器的加速度傳感器。IEPE是壓電集成電路的縮寫。因?yàn)橛杉铀俣葌鞲衅鳟a(chǎn)生的電量是很小的，因此傳感器產(chǎn)生的電信號很容易受到噪聲干擾，需要用靈敏的電子器件對其進(jìn)行放大和信號調(diào)理。IEPE中集成了靈敏的電子器件使其盡量靠近傳感器以保證更好的抗噪聲性并更容易封裝。
美國Dytran的3062A是一款I(lǐng)EPE加速度傳感器/振動傳感器，用于狀態(tài)和使用監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)，靈敏度10mV/g，頻響范圍為07-5000Hz。
Expressly designed for use in Health and Usage Monitoring Systems (HUMS), the Dytran 3078A is an IEPE piezoelectric accelerometer, featuring a sensitivity of 10 mV/g with a frequency response of 0.7 to 5,000 Hz, packaged in a highly rugged stainless steel housing weighing 20 grams.
The distinguishing feature of model 3078A is the Dytran developed integral mounting bracket design, facilitating improved sensor performance while eliminating costs associated with separate mounting brackets. The miniature accelerometer is mounted within the bracket at the point where the cable and bracket are joined. This unique design also offers reduced mass, as compared to conventional sensors and mounting brackets. Dytran’s model 3078A is hermetically sealed for reliable operation within high humidity and dirty environments, as well as case isolated to avoid EMI/ground loop interference.
