Structure
JR20 thermal relay structure using three-dimensional layout (also known as "two-tier") structure, and a series of general-purpose action agencies.
Thermal relay is a two-tier, the use of spring-type jumping action agencies, you can get a good instantaneous jump characteristics, in addition to overload protection, phase failure protection, tempe rature compensation and manual and automatic reset function, but also has the action tripping flexibility, Action trip instructions and disconnect the test button and other functional devices, thermal relays through a dedicated conductive plate can be installed in the corresponding current level AC contactor. Due to the design taking full account of the CJ20 AC contactor current levels of phase spacing, wiring height and dimensions. So it can be easily installed with CJ20.
The current setting knob can be used to adjust the setting value of the thermal relay. Current adjustment knob with "two-point positioning" fixed mode, eliminating the rotary current adjustment knob caused by thermal relay performance changes abusive drawbacks. Action flexible inspection agencies do not open the cover, do not power can easily check the thermal relay internal action, action indicator can clearly show the thermal relay action or not. Press the test button, disconnect the normally
closed contact, you can check the control loop after power operation.
When the main circuit motor overload or phase failure, the thermal relay action, at the same time action trip indicator pop-up display thermal relay has been action.
Thermal relay can be manually reset, can also be automatically reset, reset, the thermal relay can be put into work again.
