RYB-60Z inligence pressure gauge user guide

Wuxi rivan technology co., LTD

1、Summary

RYB-60Z 江蘇數(shù)字壓力表have full electronic structure and use battery-powered, so they are very easy for on-site installation. Specifically, front-end high-precision piezoresistive pressure sensor is used and the output signal is processed by the high-precision, low temperature drift amplifier, then sent into the high-precision A/D converter to be converted into digital signal, after computing and processing the actual pressure value is showed on the LCD display

The 江蘇數(shù)字壓力表inligent digital pressure gauges have some benefits as follows: flexible use, simple operation, easy debugging, safety, reliability and so on. So they have been widely used in hydropower, water, petroleum, chemical, mechanical, hydraulic and other industries to measure and display the pressure of the fluid medium

2、Features

◆ large-screen LCD display, high resolution, ignoring the error.

◆ Peak Hold function, record the maximum pressure values during the measurement

◆ Pressure on the percentage of dynamic display, (the progress bar display)

◆ Choice of five engineering units: psi, bar, kpa, kg / c ㎡ Mpa

◆ Choose 0 ~ 15min auto-off feature.

◆ Micro-power consumption, work more than 2 years in power-saving mode, 2,000 hours continuous work.

◆ Parameter correction, correct zero and error in field application.

◆ Limit the upper and lower range

◆ Sampling rate: 4 times / sec

◆ Applicable to a variety of gases and liquids compatible with stainless steel pressure measurement

5 、Installation

RYB-60Z can be directly mounted in the hydraulic pipe on the road through the pressure pipe joints (M20 * 1.5) (other size fittings available when ordering below). In critical applications (such as severe vibration or shock), pressure hose pipe connection can be micro-mechanical decoupling.

Note: The range less than 100KPa must be installed vertically.

6、 Operation Description:

◆ open, off: short press "ON / OFF" button

◆ Unit switch: long press "ON / OFF" button

◆ Peak Clear: short press "ZERO" button

◆ Show Clear: Long press "ZERO" button

(Note: This feature is only in the absence of pressure from state use)

Auto power off time setting: Press the "ZERO" "ON / OFF", pay for screen displays "LOCK", enter 1000 (short press "ZERO" to modify the current value flashes, long press shift), press the "ON / OFF "button to confirm, pay display offt, the current value was revised to require the automatic shutdown time, according to" ON / OFF "button to confirm you can quit. 00 - continuous operation. 01 ~ 15 for the automatic shutdown time.

7、 Use notes:

Instrument can be stored and used in appropriate environmental temperature of -10 ℃ ~ 60 ℃, and the humidity is less than 80% of the occasions.
Instrument joints should be concentric and level when connecting pipe.
Please use 9V alkaline batteries when replace the battery.

8、Warranty

Under the conditions that the users comply with use and protection rules, the warranty is 1 year since the date of the factory and after this the repair will be done in the company. We are always welcome to your letters, consulting by ephone and any recommendations.
