• 概 述 Almost

ZW32-12F 型戶外交流高壓真空分界斷路器（以下簡稱ZW20-12/1250-25）是我公司自主研發(fā)的一 款新型產(chǎn)品，分界斷路器是集真空斷路器、分界斷路器、分段器四大開關于 一體的多功能智能化裝置產(chǎn)品，主要配置由真空分界斷路器本體、看門狗控制器、外置電壓互感器 （注：配網(wǎng)自動化環(huán)網(wǎng)線路中可選雙側(cè)PT）三大部分組成，產(chǎn)品廣泛用于10kV 城市、農(nóng)村配電網(wǎng)架空環(huán)網(wǎng)線路中作分段隔離開關 聯(lián)絡開關、可實行環(huán)網(wǎng)線路負荷調(diào)配的 自動化開關裝置，在大用戶供電的分支線路中可作為分界開關（俗稱看門狗），饋線架空配電 網(wǎng)絡作分界斷路器分段器之用，真空分界斷路器具有遠程管理模式，保護控制功能及通訊 功能。能可靠判斷、檢測界內(nèi)毫安級零序電流及相間短路故障電流，實現(xiàn)自動切除單相接地 故障和相間短路故障。

本安裝使用說明書規(guī)定了分界斷路器的引用標準、使用環(huán)境條件、型號和額定參數(shù)、結(jié) 構(gòu)特點、工作原理、訂貨須知、以及操作、安裝、使用、維護的方法等內(nèi)容。

• 的功能 Function of dividing circuit breaker

自動切除單相接地故障，當用戶支線發(fā)生單相接地故障時，分界斷路器自動分閘，變電站及饋線上的其它分支用戶感受不到故障的發(fā)生。自動隔離相間短路故障，當用戶支線發(fā)生相間短路故障時，分界斷路器先于變電站出線保護開關跳閘，自動隔離故障線路，不會波及饋線上的其它分支用戶停電。 快速定位故障點，當用戶支線故障造成分界斷路器保護動作后，僅責任用戶停電，由其主動報送故障信息，電力公司可迅速派員到場排查；分界斷路器如配有通信模塊，則 動將信息報送到電力管理中心。監(jiān)控用戶負荷，當分界斷路器可配置有線或無線通信附件，將監(jiān)測數(shù)據(jù)傳送到電力管理中心，實現(xiàn)對用戶負荷的遠方實時數(shù)據(jù)監(jiān)控。遠方操作功能，用戶可以通過手機短信或計算機后臺方式操作真空分界斷路器分閘。

• 產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu) Product structure

分界斷路器在ZW32-12 型真空斷路器基礎上進行了優(yōu)化改進（詳見ZW32-12戶外高壓真空斷路器使用說明書）和外置電壓互感器及智能控制器組成，通過全密封防水型航空接插件和戶 外密封電纜進行電氣連接。 分界斷路器采用的彈簧操動機構(gòu)（或永磁機構(gòu)），具備手、電動儲能，手、電動合閘，手、電動 分閘功能。 分界斷路器外置3 只單相CT，變比600/5（或用戶的變比），分界斷路器采用外置式PT，裝于電源側(cè)，變比10000V/220V，控制器和斷路器的操作電源和電壓信號均由PT提供。

7.  看門狗控制器Watchdog controller

7.1 概述Summary

• “看門狗"控制器中壓架空線電網(wǎng)的監(jiān)控單元，與柱上開關配合實現(xiàn)遙控及自動化管理。監(jiān)控單元接近開關安裝，適用于35kV及以下戶外開關設備。

7.3.3 控制器電源及合分閘控制電壓 Controller power supply and control voltage

• 看門狗控制器電源來自高壓互感器，電源額定電壓為AC220V，50Hz，電源航插連接好后控制器自動進入工作狀態(tài)，控制器內(nèi)置5A保險絲；
• 柱上開關儲能電機使用PT電壓供電，經(jīng)控制器后接入柱上開關；
• 控制器內(nèi)部自帶儲能電容器，合分閘能量均來自該電容器，為了避免線路電壓波動對合分閘操作的影響，合分閘控制回路輸出電壓均為DC220V直流電壓，當線路電壓突降時電容器可提供不少于6s的時間維持控制器工作及重合閘一次。

注：控制器采用了穩(wěn)壓充電方式，保證儲能電容器電壓在DC220V±3V以內(nèi)，電容器充電時間≤0.5s。

 9、運輸、驗收及儲存 Transportation, acceptance and storage

 9.1  運輸 Transport

     運輸時必須整臺開關裝入封 的包裝箱內(nèi)加以固定，運輸過程中不得翻轉(zhuǎn)、傾斜，需采取防震措施。

 9.2  驗收 Check before acceptance

     用戶收到分界斷路器后應進行如下工作。

 9.2.2 對照產(chǎn)品裝箱單檢查 件是否齊全、附件及備件是否齊全。

     分界斷路器應存放在干燥、通風、防潮及防有害氣體侵襲的室內(nèi)，*存放應定期檢查環(huán)境是否符合要求。裝箱、開箱和保管應在干燥的室內(nèi)， 產(chǎn)品及各部件要進行核 是否完整和相符。
