3.2.2銅線坯應(yīng)成卷供應(yīng)，每卷應(yīng)為連續(xù)一根，不允許焊接。

銅線坯的力學(xué)性能應(yīng)符合表3的規(guī)定，硬態(tài)銅線坯充分退火后應(yīng)滿足表3中相應(yīng)牌號熱態(tài)產(chǎn)品的伸長率要求。

4.2尺寸測量方法

5.1檢驗方法及要求

5.1 inspection methods and requirements

5.1.1 each batch of incoming wire billet according to GB/T3952-2008 standard requirements for sampling inspection, the same specifications, the same time as the production of a batch (less than 60T), and the complete package, with product certificate.

5.1.2 each batch of sampling inspection items according to the provisions of GB/T3952-2008, size deviation, tensile strength, elongation, resistivity, torsion, appearance and other inspection.

5.1.3 each batch of 30T and the following to take no less than 1 samples, 30 ~ 50T should be no less than 2 samples, 60T and above to take not less than 3 samples. 5.1.4對報檢的每批銅線坯必須附有供方材料的質(zhì)保書或檢測報告。
