SN5F襯塑0型切斷球閥是一種轉角為90°的旋轉閥，具有的耐腐蝕性，凡與介質接觸的部位，均用氟塑料 隔離，主要選用氟塑料為PTFE，FEP，具有優(yōu)良的密封性能，通常適用于密封性要求嚴格的場合。特別適用于強腐 蝕性介質。球閥流通能力大，結構簡單，維修方便，配以氣動或電動執(zhí)行機構組成調節(jié)閥
SN5F series lined ball valve, both the body's inner surface and the ball's outside surface are all lined special teflon-FEP (F46) through using high-pressure injection molding technology. A complete teflon flow path can reliably provides maximum erosion resistence and excellent leak tightness. They can be widely used in chemical, medical, food, paper and sewage treatment etc. industries to convey or cut-off of the acid oralkali etc strong corrosive medium.
-性能特點： -耐腐蝕：閥體內腔和球體表層均包覆高分子氟塑料，能抗所有化學介質（包括濃硫酸、強堿）的腐蝕；
-密封性能好：采用PTFE，FEP等材質，具有良好的密封性能； -閥泄漏等級高：額定壓力下切斷無泄漏；
-流通性能好：和普通O型球閥結構一樣，流通能力大；
-法蘭距符合：GB/T 12221-2005 / ASME B16.10 或API609.ISO5752標準；
-溫度適用范圍：-29～200℃；
-和管道連接有RF法蘭型
