?胰島素：其氨基酸序列在動物間具有高度的保守性。與人胰島素相比，牛胰島素中有3個氨基酸不同，而豬胰島素中僅有1個氨基酸不同。分子量約5.8kD。
?現(xiàn)代胰島素：通過重組DNA技術(shù)，利用大腸桿菌或酵母表達胰島素及其衍生物。
?美國主要:禮來(22%),諾華諾德 (44%),賽諾菲(33%),其他(1%),預(yù)計到2018年可達到320億美元的產(chǎn)值。

胰島素種類
1 .Rapid-acting（超短效）: Humalog (Lispro), Novolog(Aspart), Apidra(Glulisine), for meals eaten at the sametime as the injection, used with long-acting type.
2 .Short-acting（短效）: Humulin (first recombinant Insulinproduct) or Novolin, Velosulin (for use in the insulinpump), 30-60 minutes within the eaten meal
3. Intermediate-acting（中效）: covers about half day orovernight, combined with rapid or short-acting.
4 .Long-acting（******）: covers about whole day, combinedwith rapid or short-acting.
5. Pre-mixed（預(yù)混）: combination of specific proportions ofintermediate-acting and short-acting insulin in one bottleor insulin pen (the numbers following the brａnd nameindicate the percentage of each type of insulin)

1.賴脯胰島素（ Insulin Lispro，IL，商品名Humalog）為人胰島素（human insulin，HI）賴脯換位的重組類似物，是美國禮來公司于1996年******在瑞士上市的。顧名思義，此種賴脯換位重組胰島素類似物是指在HI分子結(jié)構(gòu)中，其B鏈C-末端28位上的與29位上的賴氨酸相互換位而成的。除上述兩個氨基酸換位以外，IL和HI的基本結(jié)構(gòu)******相同。
