五、靈活的PID控制功能和豐富的運算能力
      現(xiàn)代化的換熱站需要實現(xiàn)全自動的恒壓恒溫供水，因此PLC要根據(jù)現(xiàn)場變送器反饋回來的溫度壓力等參數(shù)來調(diào)整比例調(diào)節(jié)閥和變頻器。通過控制一次網(wǎng)比例閥的開度和二次網(wǎng)循環(huán)泵和補水泵的轉(zhuǎn)速，從而控制二次供熱的溫度和壓力。CNT204/H巴赫曼
      此系統(tǒng)的PID*由軟件編程實現(xiàn)，不需要添加任何外圍設(shè)備，zui多可以實現(xiàn)32路獨立的PID控制。并且CPU的掃描速率在0.2ms左右，對PID的響應(yīng)速度很快。其中優(yōu)勢的是其具有參數(shù)自整定的功能，使zui終用戶即使不具備PID理論知識也能快速進行PID調(diào)節(jié)，用戶只需開啟PID的自學習功能，PLC就可以根據(jù)工作狀況自動找出比例系數(shù)、積分時間、微分時間等參數(shù)。等到PID參數(shù)找到后就自動切入控制程序，其PID調(diào)節(jié)的具體畫面如下所示：
     此換熱系統(tǒng)共需要3路PID控制：
1、 實現(xiàn)室外溫度補償，自動控制二次供水溫度功能，控制器既可以根據(jù)設(shè)定的供暖曲線和室外溫度的變化自動控制二次側(cè)出水溫度，又可以根據(jù)設(shè)定的固定出水溫度維持二次側(cè)出水溫度恒定，以滿足用戶的節(jié)能效果需求。
2、 二次側(cè)循環(huán)變流量調(diào)節(jié)功能，控制器可以根據(jù)系統(tǒng)熱負荷的變化，調(diào)整循環(huán)泵的轉(zhuǎn)速，維持二次供、回水壓差（可以調(diào)整）恒定，達到的供熱效率和節(jié)能效果。新啟動前有一段時間（可以調(diào)整）的延時警報，用以提醒可能在現(xiàn)場維護的工作人員注意自身安全。
3、根據(jù)二次回水的壓力調(diào)節(jié)補水泵轉(zhuǎn)速，保證二次供水的恒壓。

   
六、OCS控制器與變頻器的通訊
      在工業(yè)自動化控制系統(tǒng)中，zui為常見的是PLC和變頻器的組合應(yīng)用，并且產(chǎn)生了多種多樣的PLC控制變頻器的方法，其中采用RS-485通訊方式實施控制的方案得到廣泛的應(yīng)用：因為它抗*力強、傳輸速率高、傳輸距離遠且造價低廉。但是，RS-485的通訊必須解決數(shù)據(jù)編碼、求取校驗和、成幀、發(fā)送數(shù)據(jù)、接收數(shù)據(jù)的奇偶校驗、超時處理和出錯重發(fā)等一系列技術(shù)問題，一條簡單的變頻器操作指令，有時要編寫數(shù)十條PLC梯形圖指令才能實現(xiàn)，編程工作量大而且繁瑣，令設(shè)計者望而生畏。
      但是在OCS中這一切都變得非常簡單，我們只需要一個功能塊就可以實現(xiàn)Modbus所有的功能，即保留了RS485通訊的優(yōu)點，又省去了復(fù)雜的編程工作。以下是一段通訊程序的例子，可以看到OCS非常簡單的就從變頻器取得了想要的參數(shù)：
 

 
七、GPRS與OCS的*結(jié)合
      DTU是指數(shù)據(jù)終端設(shè)備（Data Terminate unit),可以理解為下位GPRS發(fā)射終端。使用GPRS的優(yōu)點是實時在線，當有數(shù)據(jù)傳輸時才按流量收費?？梢允∪ゴ罅康牟季€、調(diào)試、維護工作，對于地理位置相對很遠的數(shù)據(jù)傳輸有很明顯的優(yōu)勢。但是其本身也存在著一些弱點，比如說系統(tǒng)延時時間長（10秒左右），信號受周圍環(huán)境影響較大、運營商支持等。
      對于此換熱系統(tǒng)，計算中心要求的數(shù)據(jù)實時性不高（1分鐘左右），而且各個換熱站地理位置相對很遠，所以特別適合應(yīng)用此種傳輸方式進行PLC和上位機的通訊。

八、 系統(tǒng)的其他保護及報警功能 
      保護功能包括常規(guī)的過壓保護、欠壓保護、缺項保護、漏電保護、過流保護等功能。報警功能包括循環(huán)泵故障報警、補水泵故障報警、補水超壓報警、補水箱水位過低、二次網(wǎng)回水壓力過低報警、換熱站故障停機報警等功能。
      HORNER OCS產(chǎn)品采用了移動存儲技術(shù)，支持miniSD卡或CF卡（zui大可到2G）， 用于存儲歷史數(shù)據(jù)和報警信息。在本系統(tǒng)中我們采用了2G內(nèi)存的SD卡實時存儲報警信息和進行數(shù)據(jù)備份，當需要查看時，只需將SD卡拔出并插到計算機上就可以打開全部文件，而且所有文件均可以存為EXCEL格式。
