操作人員可以借助電動執(zhí)行器內(nèi)置的數(shù)據(jù)存儲器來記錄閥門每次動作時力矩感應(yīng)裝置測得的數(shù)據(jù)，這些數(shù)據(jù)可以用來監(jiān)測閥門運(yùn)行的狀態(tài)，可以提示閥門是否需要維修，也可以用這些數(shù)據(jù)來診斷閥門。

The operating personnel can use the built-in data memory of the electric actuator to record the data measured by the torque sensor at each action of the valve. These data can be used to monitor the state of valve operation and can indicate whether the valve needs to be repaired, and also can use these data to diagnose valves.

上述大部分?jǐn)?shù)據(jù)存在于所有種類的閥門，但著重點(diǎn)不同，例如:對于蝶閥，閥門運(yùn)行中的摩擦力是可以忽略的，但對于旋塞閥這個力數(shù)值卻很大。不同的閥門具有不同的力矩運(yùn)行曲線，例如:對于楔式閘飯，開啟和關(guān)閉力矩都非常大，其它行程時只有填料摩擦力和螺紋摩擦力，關(guān)閉時，液體靜壓力作用在閘板上增加了閥座摩擦力，終楔緊效應(yīng)使力矩迅速增大直到關(guān)閉到位。所以根據(jù)力矩曲線的變化可以預(yù)測出將會發(fā)生的故障，可以對預(yù)測性維護(hù)提供有價值的信息。

Most of the above data exist in all types of valves, but the focus is different. Such as butterfly valves, the friction in the operation of the valve is negligible, but the force value of the plug valve is very large. Different valves have different torque running curves. For example, wedge-type flashboard, the opening and closing moments are very large. In other strokes, there are only filler friction and thread friction. When closed, the static pressure of the liquid increases the seat friction on the gate, and the final wedge effect causes the torque to increase rapidly until it is closed. Therefore, according to the change of the torque curve can predict the faults that will occur, and can provide valuable information for predictive maintenance.
