故障1.閥門電動執(zhí)行器閥門填料處外漏

發(fā)生此類故障的原因有：①填料老化嚴重。②壓蓋螺栓沒有擰緊或出現(xiàn)松動。
解決方法：①更換新的填料。②均勻的擰緊壓蓋螺栓。
The causes of such failures are:①The serious aging of fillers.② The gland bolt are not tightened or loosened.
Solutions:①using renewal fillers.②Tighten the cap bolt evenly.
故障2.端蓋出現(xiàn)滲漏

發(fā)生此類故障的原因有：①螺栓未擰緊。②O型圈損壞。

解決方法：①檢查螺栓是否松動，將其擰緊。②更換新的O型圈。

故障3.密封面發(fā)生滲漏

發(fā)生此類故障的原因有：①蝶板關閉不到位。②密封面存積污垢，導致關閉不嚴。③密封面損傷。

解決方法：①填料壓蓋不要壓得過緊，適當放松。②校正填料壓蓋的垂直度。③更換新的過渡裝置。

故障5.啟閉到頭了電機沒停或者啟閉不*
Fault 5.The motor does not stop or the start and close are not complete
發(fā)生此類故障的原因有：①極限開關失靈了或者是過載保護裝置不準。②極限開關動作過早或反應太遲。
The causes of such failures are:①The limit switch is out of order, or the overload protection device is not allowed. ②The limit switch works too early or too late.
解決方法：①更換極限開關或者對過載裝置做調(diào)整，保證度。②調(diào)整極限開關的反應速度。
