一，結(jié)構(gòu)介紹
1.structure introduction
什么是電動閥電動閥門？簡單地說就是用電動執(zhí)行器控制閥門,從而實現(xiàn)閥門的開和關(guān)。其可分為上下兩部分，上半部分為電動執(zhí)行器，下半部分為閥門。電動閥分兩種，一種為角行程電動閥：由角行程的電動執(zhí)行器配合角行程的閥使用，實現(xiàn)閥門90度以內(nèi)旋控制管道流體通斷；另一種為直行程電動閥：由直行程的電動執(zhí)行器配合直行程的閥使用，實現(xiàn)閥板上下動作控制管道流體通斷。通常在自動化程度較高的設(shè)備上配套使用,本閥水平安裝調(diào)節(jié)精度.
What is electric valve? An electric valve is simply an electric actuator that controls valve and in this way can achieve valve's opening and closing. It can be divided into upper and lower parts. The upper part is the electric actuator and the lower part is the valve. There are two kinds of electric valves, one is angle stroke electric valve: it is used by its electric actuator and cooperates with the valve to realize the control of the fluid flow of the valve within 90 degrees; the other is direct stroke electric valve: it is used by its electric actuator and cooperates with the valve to realize the control of the fluid flow of the pipeline through the up and down motion of the valve plate. Usually when used in conjunction with a higher degree of automation equipment, horizontal installation can get the best adjustment accuracy.

電動閥門操作原理電動閥通常由電動執(zhí)行機構(gòu)和閥門連接起來，經(jīng)過安裝調(diào)試后成為電動閥。電動閥使用電能作為動力來接通電動執(zhí)行機構(gòu)驅(qū)動閥門，實現(xiàn)閥門的開關(guān)、調(diào)節(jié)動作。從而達到對管道介質(zhì)的開關(guān)或是調(diào)節(jié)目的。電磁閥是電動閥的一個種類；是利用電磁線圈產(chǎn)生的磁場來拉動閥芯，從而改變閥體的通斷，線圈斷電，閥芯就依靠彈簧的壓力退回。

電動閥門的用途：電動閥：用于液體、氣體和風系統(tǒng)管道介質(zhì)流量的模擬量調(diào)節(jié)，是AI控制。在大型閥門和風系統(tǒng)的控制中也可以用電動閥做兩位開關(guān)控制。電動閥：可以有AI反饋信號，可以由DO或AO控制，比較見于大管道和風閥等。

Ⅱ.工作性質(zhì)：電動閥門的驅(qū)動一般是用電機，比較耐電壓沖擊。電磁閥是快開和快關(guān)的，一般用在小流量和小壓力，要求開關(guān)頻率大的地方電動閥反之。電動閥閥的開度可以控制，狀態(tài)有開、關(guān)、半開半關(guān)，可以控制管道中介質(zhì)的流量而電磁閥達不到這個要求。氣動閘閥：借助壓縮空氣驅(qū)動的閥門。
