在流程工業(yè)中控制閥主要用來(lái)控制工藝介質(zhì)的流量、溫度、壓力和在設(shè)備中的液位等參數(shù)，選擇閥門(mén)電動(dòng)執(zhí)行器時(shí)，除了考慮所調(diào)節(jié)的工藝介質(zhì)變化對(duì)被控參數(shù)的影響外，還要考慮工藝介質(zhì)特性，氣態(tài)還是液態(tài)，單相流還是多相混合流、是否有腐蝕，介質(zhì)的操作狀態(tài)如溫度、壓力、流量、閥上下游兩側(cè)壓差等因素的影響。

此外在電動(dòng)執(zhí)行器選擇時(shí)還要考慮控制閥流量特性對(duì)所控制的工藝參數(shù)的影響，選擇閥門(mén)的流量特性是等百分比、線性、還是快開(kāi)型，對(duì)一些苛刻的特殊工況、開(kāi)車(chē)工況，與正常流量比較，如果流量調(diào)節(jié)的范圍很寬，就要求閥門(mén)有大的可調(diào)比特性。

設(shè)計(jì)人員在控制閥選型過(guò)程中，對(duì)閥門(mén)使用的過(guò)程條件充分了解后，要明確提出閥門(mén)的技術(shù)要求和參數(shù)，比如控制閥門(mén)的類(lèi)型，像偏心旋轉(zhuǎn)閥、直通閥、軸流閥、平衡式的籠式控制閥等，閥體、閥內(nèi)件材質(zhì);閥體尺寸大小，連接形式、壓力等級(jí);閥門(mén)定位器、閥附件等要求，還會(huì)給出一些特定參數(shù)比如調(diào)節(jié)速度、閥門(mén)全開(kāi)或全關(guān)時(shí)間、噪聲等級(jí)等。
