在，以*域網(wǎng)技術(shù)為基礎(chǔ)的工廠自動化工程技術(shù)在近十年來得到了長足的發(fā)展，作為自動控制中自動化儀表之一的電動執(zhí)行器為適應(yīng)這一發(fā)展趨勢，也應(yīng)具有標準的串行通信接口,如RS-232或RS-422接口等,和的局域網(wǎng)接口，以增強其與其它控制設(shè)備間的互聯(lián)能力，只需要一根電纜或光纜，就可以將數(shù)臺、甚至數(shù)十臺電動執(zhí)行器與上位計算機連接成為整個數(shù)控系統(tǒng)?，F(xiàn)場總線是安裝在生產(chǎn)過程區(qū)域的現(xiàn)場設(shè)備/儀表與控制室內(nèi)的自動控制裝置/系統(tǒng)之間的一種串行、數(shù)字式、多點通信的數(shù)據(jù)總線。

In the world, the factory automation engineering technology based on industrial LAN technology has achieved considerable development in the last ten years. As one of the automation instruments in automatic control, the electric actuator should have a standard serial communication interface to meet this development trend, such as RS-232 or RS-422 interfaces, and dedicated LAN interfaces to enhance their ability to interconnect with other control devices. There is only required a single cable or optical cable, and several or even dozens of electric actuators can be connected with the upper computer to become the whole CNC system. The field bus is a serial, digital, multi-point communication data bus between the field device/instrument and the automatic control device/system in the control room installed in the production process area.

現(xiàn)場總線企業(yè)網(wǎng)作為今后控制系統(tǒng)的發(fā)展方向，以其所具有的開放性，網(wǎng)絡(luò)化等優(yōu)點，使它與Interent的結(jié)合成為可能，現(xiàn)場總線技術(shù)應(yīng)用于電動執(zhí)行器成為必然趨勢 。

現(xiàn)場總線技術(shù)的應(yīng)用，取代了傳統(tǒng)的4～20mA模擬信號，實現(xiàn)了電動執(zhí)行器的遠程監(jiān)控，狀態(tài)、故障、參數(shù)信息傳送，完成遠程參數(shù)化工作，提高了它的可靠性，降低了系統(tǒng)及工程成本。目前有影響的現(xiàn)場總線主要有PROFIBUS，F(xiàn)F，HART，CAN等，其實，國外目前的智能電動執(zhí)行器一般都帶有現(xiàn)場總線接口，我國也開發(fā)了一些帶現(xiàn)場總線接口的智能型電動執(zhí)行器。

The application of fieldbus technology replaces the traditional 4-20mA analog signal, realizes the state, fault and parameter information transmission of remote monitoring of electric actuator, completes the remote parameterization work, improves its reliability, reduces the system and project cost. At present, the influential fieldbuses are PROFIBUS, FF, HART, CAN and so on. Actually, foreign current intelligent electric actuators generally have field bus interfaces, and China has also developed some smart actuators with field bus interfaces.
