CF-ⅡFluorinion Measuring Instrument 

  I. Product Features: It is mainly used to measure the fluorine content in coal. It measures the total fluorine content in coal according to GB/T4633-1997 by using the method of high-temperature combustion hydrolysis – fluorinion selective electrode. It can be used by the laboratory of coal, electric power, metallurgy and geological survey departments.

II. Functional Characteristics:

1. This instrument adopts electronic temperature control to conduct real-time control over the temperature-rising current. Its temperature control is accurate.

2. Its combustion furnace is a mono-tube high-temperature furnace and adopts long-life silicon-carbon tubular heaters, which overcomes the defects of increasing measuring errors and lowering the precision due to deformation of reducers caused by double-tube longtime heating and due to mutual influences caused by changes of temperature during the measurement of samples.

3. This instrument is easy to operate and control, which avoids waste of time and labor power during the commissioning due to different positions of the previous two quartz reducers.

4. Its outside is filled with aluminum and aluminum silicate cotton which has effective thermal insulation properties and forms a long-enough constant temperature zone.

5. This instrument, integrated with temperature control, mixing and steam quantity control, has high stability, high precision, small size, and small power consumption. It is the ideal fluorine content measuring instrument for laboratories at present.
