工作原理 ：

Working principle

手動(dòng)盲板切斷閥，用專(zhuān)用扳手旋轉(zhuǎn)連接軸螺旋副驅(qū)動(dòng)左右閥體完成夾緊和松開(kāi)動(dòng)作，利用閥板上盲孔板和通孔板的位置變換達(dá)到啟閉目的，閥板上設(shè)有限位擋塊以保證閥板的啟閉位置。蝸輪傳動(dòng)盲板切斷閥，閥門(mén)中設(shè)有啟閉和翻轉(zhuǎn)兩個(gè)蝸輪傳動(dòng)裝置，啟閉蝸輪箱通過(guò)齒圈、齒輪和絲桿螺旋副驅(qū)動(dòng)左、右閥體完成松開(kāi)、夾緊動(dòng)作，翻轉(zhuǎn)蝸輪箱驅(qū)動(dòng)閥板完成開(kāi)啟動(dòng)作，閥板上設(shè)有限位擋塊以保證閥板的啟閉位置。電動(dòng)、電液動(dòng)盲板切斷閥，閥門(mén)中設(shè)有啟閉和翻轉(zhuǎn)兩個(gè)推桿（電動(dòng)、電液推桿）傳動(dòng)裝置。啟閉推桿通過(guò)齒圈、齒輪和絲桿螺旋副驅(qū)動(dòng)左、右閥體完成松開(kāi)、夾緊動(dòng)作。翻轉(zhuǎn)推桿驅(qū)動(dòng)閥板完成開(kāi)啟動(dòng)作。閥門(mén)的啟閉位置由行程開(kāi)關(guān)控制，且閥板上設(shè)有限位擋塊以保證閥板的啟閉位置。

The limit block on the valve disc can ensure the open and close position of the valve disc.There are two worn gear drive device of open-close and turn over on the worm gear blind cut-off valve gate. The gear rim, gear wheel and screw pole screw pairs of open-close worm gear box drive the right and left valve body to clamp and release. The turn-over worm gear box drives the valve disc to open. There is limit block on the valve disc to ensure the open-close position of the valve disc.There are two draw stem drive device of open-close and turn over on the electric and electric hydraulic blind plate cut-off valve gate. The gear rim, gear wheel and screw pole screw pairs of open-close draw stem drive the right and left valve body to clamp and release. The turn-over draw stem drives the valve disc to open. 安裝及調(diào)試：

Installation and regulation

• 安裝前必須清潔盲板閥內(nèi)腔 ， 不允許有任何雜物和污垢附著 （ 特別注意密封面、橡膠密封圈的清潔 ） 。

• 檢查閥門(mén)各部位是否有松動(dòng)現(xiàn)象，對(duì)閥門(mén)進(jìn)行手動(dòng)開(kāi)啟、關(guān)閉一個(gè)周期是否有異常現(xiàn)象，同時(shí)檢查閥門(mén)的啟閉位置是否準(zhǔn)確。

• 安裝如示意圖，加密封墊后均勻鎖緊聯(lián)接螺栓。

• 根據(jù)電動(dòng)、電液推桿控制原理調(diào)試盲板閥換向狀態(tài)。

• The body must be cleaned before installed and there is no dirt and sundries clinging to the body, especially pay attention to the sealing surface and the rubber sealing ring.

• Check the valve parts before installation. Open and close the valve by hａnd for a period check the open-close position of the valve gate.

• Installation of flange connecting valve is on diagram. Lock down the connecting bolt after add sealing washer.

• Debug the reversing of the valve according to the control principle of electric and electric hydraulic draw stem.

運(yùn)輸及保管：

Transportation and protection

• 運(yùn)輸時(shí)應(yīng)避免撞擊盲板閥及傳動(dòng)裝置 ， 閥門(mén)應(yīng)處于全閉位置 ， 以防在運(yùn)輸中密封板和傳動(dòng)部件損壞。

• 傳動(dòng)裝置及傳動(dòng)部位應(yīng)作防潮、防雨處理。

• 盲板閥應(yīng)存放在干燥的室內(nèi)，不允許露天存放或堆置。

• 盲板閥長(zhǎng)期存放時(shí)應(yīng)使設(shè)備處于關(guān)閉狀態(tài)，傳動(dòng)部位加潤(rùn)滑油。傳動(dòng)裝置作防潮、防塵處理。

• Avoid bumping of the valve and transmission device. The valve is in full close in order to avoid damage of disc and driving part.

• Treatment of dampproof and rainproof should be done to transmission device and part.

• The valve should be stored in dry room and should not be piled up in open air.

• It should be in full close state when long stored. Add lubrication to the transmission part and the device should be dampproof and dustproof.

維護(hù)及檢修：

Maintenance and examination

• 定期檢查傳動(dòng)部位的運(yùn)行情況。

• 定期檢查電動(dòng)推桿及電氣部分的運(yùn)行情況 ， 電液部分的運(yùn)行情況及管接頭處是否有泄漏現(xiàn)象。

• 按橡膠密封圈使用性能，根據(jù)具體情況定期對(duì)閥體的密封圈進(jìn)行更換，以保證閥門(mén)的密封性能。

• 定期給傳動(dòng)部位加潤(rùn)滑油。

• Check the operation condition of transmission part regularly.

• Check the operating condition of electric draw stem and electricity parts. Check the electric hydraulic parts and pipe joints.

• Exchange the sealing ring of the valve body according to the working condition of rubber sealing ring in order to ensure the sealing performance.

• Add the lubricating oil to the transmission parts regularly.

• 本系列盲板閥是敞開(kāi)式閥門(mén)。啟閉過(guò)程中（約 30 秒）介質(zhì)有外泄，操作時(shí)必須采用安全保障措施。并建議在本閥前后配裝蝶閥，減少閥門(mén)在啟閉過(guò)程中的泄漏量。

• The valve can not bear the push, pull and torsion action generated by the heat-expansion and cold-contraction of pipe or other reason. The valve body expansion pipe is only used to open or close the valve, but can not replace the expansion pipe in the pipe. The outer force in the pipe can not apply to the expansion pipe.

• The valve is open type. There is medium leakage on the process of open-close, which will continue 30 second. So safety measure must be adopted when you operate. You would better install butterfly valve on the both sides of the valve in order to reduce the leakage.
