KJT-Outer yarn tensioner series
Product description
this product is equipped with ALMA ALMA yarn tension sensor weft yarn detector broken yarn sensor,NS01 yarn tension sensor straight twister, applied hysteresis braking principle to control yarn tension.
operating principle
Nanjing KJT Electric Co.,LTD yarn tensioner is an inductive yarn tensioner controlled by eddy current braking based on magnetic induction. The strength of the permeable eddy current, the length of the effective conductor, the distance between the induced current area and the resistant current area in the metal will affect the braking force of the eddy current brake and the tension of the yarn.
KJT's yarn tensioners ensure a constant yarn tension over the entire length and width of the warp, just from the first to the last meter. Our yarn tensioners offer a gentle yarn treatment and can withstａnd high loads of fast-running yarns, partly also of aggressive yarns. Textiles intended for special applications require highest efficiency and best quality already when producing the warps. By offering individual solutions, Kjt-china's machines ensure constant and high tensile forces, even when procssing high-strength technical materials. Yarn breakages are eliminated in a most reliable and easy way by the self-activation of the yarn stop motion and by the clear signalling of the place of yarn breakage.
