Features

Made of Stainless Steel with 2 high-temperature silicone O-rings (300℃ Max) on each flange.  (for both sides order)

Seal tube by tightening screws on the flange without any welding and glue.

diameter stainless steel gas inlet/outlet fitting for PVC hose tube (tube not included).

Two vacuum valves and one pressure gauge are installed with flanges.(for both sides order)

Excellent for vacuum sealing any type of 1" O.D. tubing: ceramic, glass, quartz and steel pipe.

Designed for fitting 1" diameter tube furnace

Warning

警示

Must put a refractory tube block between the flange ａnd the sample to avoid melting the silicone O-ring by heat radiation. Please order a ceramic block in related products.

Please do not over tighten the three hex screws on the flanges to avoid overpressure incidents. The recommended torque is 35~40 inch-lbs.

For liability considerations, does not recommend or endorse the use of any toxic, flammable or corrosive gases with our flange assemblies.
