PZXL型動(dòng)態(tài)循環(huán)鏈碼校驗(yàn)裝置是對(duì)安裝在皮帶輸送機(jī)上的電子皮帶秤進(jìn)行動(dòng)態(tài)校驗(yàn)的設(shè)備，廣泛應(yīng)用在電力、冶金、碼頭、建材、煤礦等使用電子皮帶秤計(jì)量散狀物料的場合。該裝置可以實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)電子皮帶秤精度的動(dòng)態(tài)自動(dòng)校驗(yàn)，通常用于校驗(yàn)準(zhǔn)確度等級(jí)為(0.5)-(2.0)之間的各類電子皮帶秤。
工作原理：

PZXL型動(dòng)態(tài)循環(huán)鏈碼校驗(yàn)裝置安裝在電子皮帶秤現(xiàn)場附近，位于電子皮帶秤秤體處的輸送機(jī)上方，本裝置能在帶式輸送機(jī)空載運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)中，自動(dòng)平穩(wěn)地落放在皮帶秤體上方的皮帶上，由帶式輸送機(jī)拖動(dòng)通過皮帶秤的稱量段，閉環(huán)的循環(huán)鏈碼圈經(jīng)裝置機(jī)械傳動(dòng)，由帶式輸送機(jī)的拖動(dòng)實(shí)現(xiàn)周而復(fù)始的循環(huán)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)，滿擬輸送物料的狀態(tài)，以完成電子皮帶秤準(zhǔn)確度的動(dòng)態(tài)校驗(yàn)。
設(shè)備組成：
◇方案一當(dāng)皮帶秤與循環(huán)鏈碼為一個(gè)項(xiàng)目時(shí)，其儀表、測速傳感器可公用，以達(dá)到降低成本、提高可靠性并方便操作的目的。此時(shí)，循環(huán)鏈碼主要由機(jī)架、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)鏈碼、升降系統(tǒng)、電控系統(tǒng)等組成。
◇方案二當(dāng)循環(huán)鏈碼為獨(dú)立一個(gè)項(xiàng)目時(shí)，其主要由機(jī)架、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)鏈碼、校驗(yàn)顯示儀表、升降系統(tǒng)、測速傳感器、電控系統(tǒng)等組成。
系統(tǒng)主要特點(diǎn) ：
◆ 鏈碼隨皮帶同步運(yùn)行，可近似模擬物料的輸送特點(diǎn)，與實(shí)際運(yùn)行狀況的相似性，使得校驗(yàn)更直觀可靠。
◆ 動(dòng)態(tài)鏈碼的收放或升降均由電控系統(tǒng)自動(dòng)操作，根據(jù)用戶需要，可設(shè)遠(yuǎn)方輸出接點(diǎn)，供程控室遠(yuǎn)程校驗(yàn)。
◆ 校驗(yàn)過程中，校驗(yàn)儀表可顯示標(biāo)定值，并可將數(shù)據(jù)遠(yuǎn)傳至集控室，以方便用戶核校當(dāng)前電子皮帶秤計(jì)量的精度。
